Buớc 1: CBCT 1 vào Google Meet, bật Webcam, bật chế dộ ghi hình google meet

Buớc 2: CBCT 1 gọi tên 2 thí sinh dầu tiên chuẩn bị và giám sát thời gian thi CBCT 2 chọn

1 đề thi cho 2 thí sinh, thông báo chủ dề phần 2 và gọi 2 thí sinh bắt dầu bài thi khi hết 5

phút chuẩn bị (các bạn theo dõi trong zalo group lớp để xem đến lượt ai, khi vào phòng sẽ là từng 2 người, các bạn không vào lớp khi chưa được gọi tên trên zalo, vào phòng mở cam và đưa thẻ sinh viên hoặc, cmnd để xác nhận vào lớp)

Buớc 3: CBCT 2 sẽ hỏi cả 2 Thí sinh và chấm diểm Phần 1 CBCT 1 chỉ nghe và chấm dồng

thời

Buớc 4: CBCT 2 yêu cầu 2 Thí sinh hội thoại về chủ dề Phần 2 (2-3 phút, 6 diểm) Dựa vào

phần trình bày và thời gian cho phép, CBCT 1 và 2 cùng cho diểm Phần 2

Luu ý:

- CBCT 1 là giáo viên giảng dạy lớp có sv thi, kiểm tra danh sách thi, dối chiếu thông tin

Thẻ sinh viên/CMND và quan sát thí sinh

- CBCT 2 dảm nhiệm phần dặt câu hỏi

- Ðiểm thi của Thí sinh là diểm trung bình chung của cả 2 CBCT

- CBCT 1 rà soát danh sách thí sinh dự thi, truờng hợp vắng hay vi phạm quy chế ghi vào

cột ghi chú, ghi dầy dủ chủ dề thi và diểm từng phần thi + diểm tổng và gửi link ghi hình
