Traffic congestion is becoming a heated issue around the world in the contemporary and HCM is no exception The main cause leading to this problem is the increase in population There are more people migrating to the city to study or to work because of more opportunities for them when living there The best and effective measure to tackle this issue is providing better public transport services The government should encourage inhabitants in HCM utilize public transports such as buses to go to study or work rather than driving their motorbikes that may reduce the number of transport facilities a lot In addition, the authorities also should concentrate on expand more road like highways or rails In conclusion, the government should therefore enhance public transport systems
