Nowadays, English has become the most widely used and popularlanguage in the world Most countries have now used the Englishlanguage as an essential factor in communication across a variety ofaspects, from the daily life in travelling, finance, trade, It’s the reasonwhy most of people choose English as the second language And now,Viet Nam is in the process of international integration, English is anindispensable part for us, especially for the economy

As a result, the job market with being good at one of those languages

When becoming a translator, English becomes a powerful tool totranslate documents as well as train yourself So I chose to become atranslation intern at worldlink joint stock company Thanks to theenthusiastic help of employees in the company and teachers ofThuongmai University, my knowledge and internship process, I wrotethis report

to 13.95 million dong in the period of 2017-2018 Especially from2018-2019, it sales soared, increased by 2.2 million dong Only 5years, the sales of company increased quickly, increased by 11.9million dong It is a significant figure

I.3 Information about the Translation Department

The translation department consists of 6 employees, the head ofthe translation department of Mr Lo Van Huong, 4 full-time staffand 2 part-time translators

Translation department plays an important role in the company.

This is the translation department for documents, emails of

foreign customers and other documents In other words, the

translation department is the place to provide translated

documents so that other departments can make statistics of the

company's translation data each month In general, the

translation department brings a lot of revenue to the company

CHAPTER II: OVERVIEW ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM AT

WORLDLINK JSC

II.1 The process of performing the assigned tasks

I spent 4 weeks and worked as an translator on training in Worldlink

JSC I went to the company 5 days a week And my working timeable is

according to working time table of the company

Office time: - In the morning: From 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM

- In the afternoon: From 14:00 PM to 18:00 PM

I would like to report my job and the problems which I have met

during intership time as follows:

1 Week 1: From December 31st, 2019 to January 3rd, 2020

Contact with the company, start participating in the internship at Worldlink JSC and had a interview with the director of company

- Having an opportunity to meet the leader of 6 departments as well as visit around the company and communicate with all staff of the company

- Being directed about the regulations

of company and translation department

- The head of department introduce about the company and the department

Learn company rules, know about departments, functions of each department, business lines, agents of the company

- Being given directions about content

of work which a translator has to do

- Reading documents about the company and contracts as well as documents of the department in order

to understand thoroughly about the working process
