Functions and duties of each department

- Boards of director is the people with the highest authority, has full authority

to decide and is responsible for the entire business operations of the company, thehead of the department is responsible for assisting the director in planning andplanning business strategy, at the same time directly in charge of the company'saffairs

2019 increased by VND 591.618.000 equivalent to 92.6% compared to 2018 Thetotal revenue from operating activities increased VND 2.366.900.000 at a rate of92.5% Thus, the business performance of the company is quite impressive, but withthe expectation of investing in the sales system, this system will help the companyget competitive advantages and gain business benefits

1.2 Information about the internship department

1.2.1 The role of Training Department.

Training Department play the most important role in all educationalinstitutions Training department decides and affects the success of the business.For English centers, the mission of the training department is to establish ahigh-quality training system including plans, programs, materials, teachingorganization and quality of teaching to bring the best quality, satisfy the customers.The progress of learner, the quality of training is highly appreciated as the mostimportant role of the staff of the training department The training departmentmentions activities that help to show the difference between English center andother types of services, and also help manage teachers as well as the quality ofteaching In short, the training department determines the growth of the company, inwhich teaching quality comes first, always updating the most effective teachingmethods, curriculum, testing, evaluation and assurance quality assurance after thecourses

Alibaba english center is also always improving and developing its trainingdepartment to bring the best teaching quality, bringing satisfaction to students sothat in the near future it can help millions of Vietnamese students see English is the2nd language and becomes the most prestigious English center

1.2.2 Tasks for a training department staff in company

PART 2: INTRODUCTION ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROCESS AT THE

COMPANY.

After the English test and interview, I was very lucky to have been admitted tothe company On the day of receiving the job, the people who had been admitted aredivided into departments based on the results of the test I am fortunate to be part of

the training department During the internship, I worked as a teaching assistant of beginner communication of the center, responsible for teaching in class with the

teachers during class, preparing English teaching content with teachers, taking care

of students at home and fixing homework for students, reporting and updating classresults according to the process set out by the training department

Becoming a teaching assistant is not easy, but it is not as difficult as I thought.Alibaba English center is a company with a young, dynamic working environmentwith a young staff When I joined the center's training team, I found all of the staffwere friendly, open and enthusiastic Everyone is nearly the same age, so it's easy tocommunicate and understand each other

2.1 Internship activities.

2.1.1 Internship process and assigned tasks.

Starting December 28th, 2020 to January 22th, 2021 I did a 4-week integratedinternship at the Alibaba English center With the permission of the company, Icome to the company on Mondays, 3, 4, 5, 6,7 every week, specifically from 8:30

am to 11:30 pm, 14:00 to 17:30, evening from 18:00 to 21:00 depending on the timethe classroom space I am in charge of teaching During this period, I went to thecompany to learn about the company's characteristics, functions, duties, andoperations and took part in some assigned work at the internship unit This will be aprecious time for me, as I have the opportunity to reinforce the knowledge I havelearned from the university In addition, I also have the opportunity to integrate into

a professional working environment

At the beginning of my internship, I read about the work to do theory, namely

a lesson plan given by my superiors After reading the theory, I watched colleaguesdirectly work with daily tasks so that I could combine the learning with practice.Once I understood the process, I accepted the class and was assigned the work bythe head of the department

I will report my work and training as follows:
