The first thing we want to say on behalf of the entire group is that this subject is important, it has provided us with a general overview of Human Resources Management This is a significant subject in university programs since it not only provides broad knowledge about how to recruit the industry but also help to do the process training We have gathered a lot of lessons, positive experiences, and skills from this subject over the last few months.

We'd want to thank PhD Vu Thi Dan Tra, who taught and shared vital knowledgeand experiences with us over the course of the study The lecturers' knowledge and fact-sharing stories will undoubtedly lay the groundwork for us to be successful in our future

Today, as life gets more busy, we tend to consume more handy foods, includingcarbonated freshwater Although it's thought to be inexpensive, quick remorseful drinks andgive people energy to work during the day, on the other hand, it has a potential for worryingdiseases The question is, "Is there a kind of carbonated freshwater that has just fitted allthese human needs but has been rich in nutrients?" We assisted International BeddingImport and Export (IBAE) in such a predicament since we had a tangible motive to startbringing us familiar liquids like fresh water with ga and no harm to the body Although IBAE

is well established, management and all employees will work with a desire to be one of theleading F&B companies in Vietnam for the next few years

However, we are currently short on staff for the Marketing and Supply Chaindepartment, so in the paper, we have applied the knowledge that has been learned inuniversity human resource management to formulate human resource strategy, namelyemployment planning, staff training and even close analysis of the operations involved

in these plans such as JD design, simulation and evaluation of candidates within theinterview The position of marketers is important as they help the company conductmarket research and research and carry out market expansion at home and abroad;Once the results are available, IBAE will summarize and conduct comparison of thisrecruitment and training strategy with similar RECRUITMENT and training strategies byMultinational Corporation Unilever so that it can take them as a platform to draw onexperience and apply it to later staffing runs By applying the knowledge of humanresource management, with the idea to build a self-employed company (IBAECorporation), develop a personnel strategy for international business departments andcompare it to one of Asia's leading companies, and this is how we students get achance to take advantage of the already established theories

The article is partitioned into three main chapter:

Part 1: General presentation of worldwide refreshment import and product business entity (IBAE partnership)

This is the introductory chapter about the company that my team imagined and then came up with the idea of starting a business This chapter will give an overview of the company's founding story, purpose and vision to help customers and partners understand the corporate culture as well as the development process and human resources plans of the company in the future.

Part 2: Examination of enrollment plan, preparing, and expected responsibilities for a few explicit situations at worldwide refreshment import and commodity business entities.

After having the idea of starting a business, in this chapter we continue to develophuman resource plans such as recruitment and training processes for a few specific

departments Although this is a company based on imagination and the results are self-reflection and self-assessment, applying the knowledge learned in HRM has helped us analyze many aspects honestly.

Part 3: Elements influencing the degree of worker fulfillment in the organization Unilever

After we have developed strategies and have specific results, we take those resultsand compare them with the multinational corporation Unilever - one of the leadingcompanies in Asia in terms of human resources strategy to compare the results and learnfrom their successes Not only that, from this result we can also examine the factors leading to employee satisfaction at work at Unilever.

IBAE - Making a Difference for Community Health!

In English, we quote, "We are what we eat." With IBAE members, we are conscious

of the importance of health and are very interested in everyday nutrition as young peoplewho live a healthy lifestyle Throughout our education in university and life experience, wehave read several articles and scientific research about foods that are harmful to our health,especially carbonated soft drinks It has raised the risk of tooth decay, cardiovasculardisease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, gout, and metabolic disorders

Despite being strongly advised to limit their usage, soft drinks are popular drinks on the market because they are inexpensive, satisfy transient thirst, and

do not need much time to prepare These factors caused us to think a lot, and

by chance, they formed the driving force behind the company's development to provide clients with similar products but distinctive and healthy.

IBAE's main product line has been selected as Coke Fruit What are your thoughts

on carbonated soft drinks that can be consumed just as much as filtered water? Theproduct is designed to provide both energy and wellness throughout the day Therefore wehave put a lot of effort into it since we believe it will be a premise to help IBAE become moredeveloped in the future In the first product line, we chose typical material from Thailand andVietnam, along with a formula of zero calories - no artificial flavors

- low sugar to produce the most excellent results and offer customers the healthiest drink for the body However, it still keeps the essence of its

"carbonated soft drink" - a drink that young people love.

1.2 Purpose - vision - core values

Even though we are a new firm that will begin operations later this year, our long-term development strategy is obvious In general, we have identified the following as IBAE Corporation's vision, mission, and fundamental values:

The vision of us is "Becoming the first pioneering symbol in Vietnam for rich carbonated soft drinks to serve human life." When it comes to our mission, IBAE isdedicated to delivering clients the highest quality and most nutritious products inSoutheast Asia through careful selection, sincerity, and a high level of human healthresponsibility Finally, Core Values - IBAE is built on the following three pillars:

nutrient-1. Compliance with the law, environmental responsibility.

2. Respect for employees, partners, and consumers.

3. The sake of health and human development

At the newly established stage, International Beverage Import and Export JointStock Company (IBAE) specializes in providing products "Fruit-flavored soft drinks"combining Thai - Vietnamese culture in F&B to meet the demand of domestic andforeign users Our product serves and directly benefits the user of the product,providing water to refreshment and nutrients to help them feel more comfortable atwork The company's products include Cool orange flavor, Sweet strawberry flavor,Pure coconut taste, Intense grape flavor, Intense Thai mango flavor

Soft drinks are a popular beverage among Vietnamese people and have evolvedinto one of the more nutritional beverages Soft drinks, on the other hand, don't just come

in one taste; they may be mixed with a variety of fruits to create new ones We can readily understand that the slices of orange inspire excitement when we look at it because it is an orange juice poster and that when the two blend together, it will make a delightful taste Because the orange has a sweet and sour flavor, and the coolness has a refreshing effect while also providing nourishment, we chose the term "Cool orange flavor" for the poster.

Strawberry is a fruit that has been compared to a fruit that represents perfect love Each dot represents a wave from the overflowing heart of love As a result, the soft drink and strawberry ad employs the imagery of beautiful red strawberries to convey sweetness and freshness With the phrase "Sweet Strawberry Flavor," the sweetness that strawberries bring will be more clearly stated.

1.4 Personnel organization structure

For enterprises to develop the flexibility to accommodate the rapid change in theireconomic environment The problem of completing the enterprise's organizationalstructure to manage human resources effectively However, improving the enterprise'soperational efficiency is considered an effective solution The leadership of InternationalBeverage Import and Export (IBAE) in F&B has taken a series of solutions to meet thenewly established objectives and tasks One of the urgent and objective requirements is

to improve the enterprise's organizational structure An organizational structure in theform of an organization shows the orderly arrangement of the various parts of theorganization and the relationship between them There are two main relationshipsbetween the factors that make up the organization: the vertical relationship between thehigher organization and the subordinate organization and the horizontal relationshipbetween the co-level factors

Because of this, our company recognized the importance, so we launched the table of organizational structures of IBAE Joint Company of the field F&B:

STOCK COMPANY 2.1 Definition

2.1.1 Job Training

Landy (1985) described the training as a set of activities arranged in an organization

to improve job knowledge and abilities or change members' attitudes and behaviors to beconsistent with the company's goals and job requirements According to Patrick (2000),training is the systematic development of a person's knowledge, abilities, and attitudesrequired to do a task or job effectively He went on to say that training is a commonoccurrence in society, taking place in business, commerce, government offices anddepartments, healthcare institutions, and all branches of the military forces

2.1.2 Job Satisfaction

Spector (1997) proves that Job satisfaction is essentially how people feel about their jobs and different parts of their careers It refers to how much people enjoy or despise their professions Job satisfaction is commonly measured in degrees and can be examined from various perspectives using a variety of structures or categories On a size of one to ten, one can be happy for certain parts of work, aloof regarding other people, and disappointed with each other According to Thierry and Koopmann-Iwema (1984), satisfaction is a dynamic notion that encompasses past, present, and future elements of employment.

2.1.3 Recruitment

Many earlier research studies on Human Resources have employed the notion of recruitment; for example, in the survey by Dr.P Balasubramanian (2016), the authors used Dale Yoder's recruitment theory He explained that "Hiring is a procedure to identify human resources that match the needs of the payroll schedule and apply effective tactics to attract such human resources in the appropriate number to create favorable conditions to select an effective workforce"

2.2 Design a Job Descriptions for position Digital Marketing Executive/ Specialist Marketing at International Beverage Import and Export Joint Stock Company

2.2.1 Overview of a Marketing department, job position Digital

Marketing Executive / Marketing Specialist

IBAE's Marketing Department is one of the company's eight primary departments.The Marketing department plays a critical role in the company because it is in charge oftasks such as establishing criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of each

communication tool For instance, manage the human resources marketing department, conduct internal training for department positions reporting, and consult with upper management every month to bring the image of lBAE closer

to customers through a series of social networking platforms festivals.

The marketing department of our IBAE consists of various positions, includingmarketing manager, design staff, technical advertising employees, and content staff Thejob of marketing specialist, on the other hand, is a reasonably important position because ithas the same responsibilities as a manager or deputy manager and works directly withdepartment heads and directors on the company's end task Marketers encourage sales,help firms establish a position and compete with other businesses Hence the importance ofmarketers in general and marketing experts cannot be overstated However, the IBAEcompany now lacks this personnel resource Marketing experts, in particular, are skilled inthe subject of marketing and can perform responsibilities such as obtaining marketingstrategies from management, implementing, and monitoring marketing operations

2.2.2 Job Description for Digital Marketing Executive/Marketing Specialist

Our organization, IBAE, had a meeting with senior management to acquire an overview of the existing human resource situation for the marketing specialist position, resulting in the complete job description before advertising it

on recruitment boards The following is the specific content:

General information: The IBAE corporation expects to pay between 6 and

8 million VND for the post of Marketing specialist, depending on the candidate's experience and capacity The organization will hire a maximum of three people for this job, and regardless of gender, the rank will work for the company as an employee, with full-time hours Furthermore, candidates must have at least 1-2 years of experience in similar positions.

Description of the location: At IBAE, our Marketing Specialist is in charge

of putting the Board of Directors' and department heads' plans into action and monitoring and coordinating the activities of other employees Their job is to ensure that marketing and customer communication activities run smoothly and

on time They'll be the bosses, implementing marketing techniques to promote the company's goods, services, and image.

Job requirements: Candidates for the marketing specialist job must have a

fundamental understanding of marketing, expertise in managing multi-channel marketing, and be skilled in tracking and reporting mission progress using tools Candidates must also interact and work in groups to adjust to their new working environment and coworkers; organizational and time management skills, flexibility in thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills are also valued and prioritized by us.
