Tính từ gồm 2 loại: Tính từ ngắn và tính từ dài
a/ Tính từ ngắn: là tính từ có 1 âm tiết: big, small, short, thin….
E.g This book is maller than that book (quyển sách này nhỏ hơn quyển sách kia)
* Cách thành lập tính từ so sánh hơn.
- Tính từ có 1 nguyên âm đứng giữa 2 phụ âm ta gấp đôi phụ âm cuối cùng rồi mới thêm
