ABSTRACT

Lecturers' attitude towards the relationship between teachers and students

One of the professional qualifications in training teachers is the attitude towards teachers themselves, their job, colleagues and studens For effective education and teaching, teachers need to develop the relationship between teachers and students The article presents results from the survey of the attitude of teachers attending pedagogical professional development classes for lecturers at Ho Chi Minh City University of Education The results show that teachers have positive attitude towards the teaching career, and are able to teach their majors well However, more pedagogical skills trainings are also needed
