[Brief]

Ink circulation error (S35-2072-2: Pressurized Ink Tank Sensor Y remained ON) occurs if the Negative Pressure Air Tube is pressed by inadequate tube arrangement

[Causes of the Problem]

Due to inadequate tubing of tubes between Pressurized Ink Tank and Ink Bus, The Negative Pressure Air Tube may get caught in the gap between the ink tube (which is wrongly placed on the Wire saddle) and Ink Tower Frame when close the Ink Tower Unit

As the result, Negative Pressure Air tube is pressed and S35-2072-2 error occurs

Wrongly placed tube on the saddle have press the Negative Pressure Air Tube when close the Ink Tower Unit

[Temporary Countermeasure]

Re-route the tubes between Pressurized Ink Tank Y and Ink Bus so that the ink tube is not placed on the Wire saddle

[Permanent Countermeasure]

Tie the tubes between Pressurized Ink Tank Y and Ink Bus together into bundles

Do not place a bonding point (ball) of the wire tie at the Tube Y direction so that they are not contacted
