If the fuse of Print Head Voltage (39V Line) is blowout, S97-0196 error is displayed
S97-0196-01: Voltage error was detected by head control PCB KC
S97-0196-02: Voltage error was detected by head control PCB MY
Each of Connectors has two fuses Please refer the below list and pictures and check by circuit tester whether the fuse is blowout or not
If the fuse is blowout, you need to replace the HDR PCB

[How to identify the cause of the blowout fuse]
For Example) The Fuse F26 of Connector J4 is blowout
- Unplug the cable of J4 print head from J4 connector, and attach the cable of J4 to J10 connector
- Keep Power OFF and check the condition of other fuse You should connect the one test pin of tester for GND, and touch another test pin for other fuse, (e.g F4) If the internal of print head is short circuit condition, the tester shows that the meter is approximately zero ohm In this case, you need to replace the print head
-If the print head is still short circuit condition, the replaced HDR PCB will also be broken again
-Therefore, you should check the condition of print head before replacing the HDR PCB
