The research uses quantitative method with a sample of 630 enterprises in Ha Noi The results
show ihal perceived aspects of fairness in peifonnance appraisal in these enterprises are
above average and ranks in descending order of importance including- Perceived fairness
in the relationship between manager and employee; Perceived fairness in results; Perceived
fairness in information Perceived fairness work process asses.snient At the same lime, the
perceptions of equity in performance appraisal are correlated with severed factors belonging
lo individual workers and organizalions
