Therefore, ND&S Education plays an extremely crucial role in thecareer of building up an all-people national defense in attachment with thefirm security for the people In the period of the national industrialization,modernization, and the tendency for international integration, ND&SEducation plays a further and further crucial role, especially the one for theyoung generation
