The City of Nampa in partnership with the Nampa Development Corporation, Downtown Business Association and community stakeholders are working to create a vibrant downtown Over $34 Million has been invested
in improving downtown since 2002
Nampa Development Corporation and the Gardner Company are partnering together
to construct a new 62,000 square foot library, 300 stall parking structure, public
plaza and 14,000 square feet of private retail and office space - all in the heart of the
historic downtown district Expected completion is February 2015.
