Doing things the same way is not an option,

we must be creative, bold, and strategic!

Why does the CoE need to lead such a

change?

• Because we MUST.

• More importantly, because we CAN.

• Above all, because taking on such a challenge is

WHO WE ARE.

Who else is better to lead this change than CoE?

We are in the position to TAKE the LEAD of OTHERS

nationwide!
