case of a mid-term vacancy, a replacement will be sought to complete the existing 3-year
term which will commence upon election by the Steering Committee At least two (2) Citizen Representatives shall represent unincorporated areas of Snohomish County…
Hillary Moralez lives in an unincorporated area Rachel Adams, Anne Anderson, Alice
Armstrong, Michael Finch, Thomas Kreinbring, Leif Warren and John Weston live in
incorporated areas.
The appointed representative would complete the term that Heather Thomas had held for over
three years, resigning in July The term would expire in February of 2021

An opportunity to be involved in Countywide Planning Polices
is exciting because growth in our area is inevitable and permeates every facet of our lives Through strategic planning
we can benefit from it and lessen any negative impacts
I believe I can lend a unique perspective as someone who has extensive experience running nonprofits and who has a strong understanding of issues of both poverty and business and how many of those issues are exacerbated or alleviated by way of planning A thriving economy with adequate transportation, housing, utilities, etc benefits everyone in our community The outlined goals of SCT align to create support for environmental, anti-poverty, business, industry, transportation and those of local families and individuals I would be honored both to learn more from the members of the steering committee and lend my voice
