THE COLLEGE OF BUSINESS

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Dr J Douglas Frazer as Interim Dean of the new College of Business

Dr Frazer is Professor of Accounting in the Department of Accounting & Finance He holds a B.A in Economics from McDaniel College; an MM (Masters of Management) from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University; and a Ph.D from Temple University He is a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania and a life member

of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) by virtue of his forty years of membership After positions in public accounting and industry, he joined Millersville University in 1979 Dr Frazer has served as department chairperson for the former Business Administration Department and both current business departments: Accounting & Finance and Management & Marketing He also served as Millersville University’s Small Business Institute Director and was elected President of the National Small Business Institute, where he is a current Fellow His research interests include entrepreneurship and small business consulting with an emphasis on accounting and decision-making
