Newtown Savings Bank Announces Officer Promotions
NEWTOWN, CT – The following employees were recently promoted at Newtown Savings Bank
Kathleen A Gugliotti, Senior Vice President – Marketing Director
Ms Gugliotti joined the Newtown Savings Bank’s Marketing department in 2006, where she has taken on increasing levels of responsibility, eventually becoming responsible for leading the Bank’s marketing efforts, and more recently overseeing public relations as well Ms Gugliotti holds an MBA degree from the University of Hartford, and resides in Southbury She has
served on the non-profit boards of TBICO, Business Women’s Forum and has volunteered with the United Way of Western CT and Newtown Youth & Family Services
Brian T Fonck, First Vice President – Co-Head Retail Banking Operations
Mr Fonck, who joined the Bank in 2004, has steadily progressed with his Retail Banking career
He currently leads Retail Banking Operations for the Bank including the Customer Service
Center Mr Fonck is a Naugatuck resident, and serves on the board of TEAM, Inc in Derby, and is also active with Cub Scouts and Trumbull Rotary He has a Business Management
degree from New England College of Business and Finance, and graduated from the
Connecticut School of Finance & Management
Douglas R Hensal, First Vice President – Co-Head Retail Banking Sales
Since joining the Bank in 2007, Mr Hensal has taken on roles of increasing responsibility over the years He is responsible for leading the Bank’s Retail Banking Sales initiatives for all 14 branches, and will be assuming the role of CRA Officer in 2019 Mr Hensal, a graduate of Indiana University and National School of Banking, is a past President of Habitat for Humanity and continues to serve on their board He resides in Southbury
Holly Dudley, Assistant Vice President – Compliance Officer
Ms Dudley joined the Bank fifteen years ago and currently oversees the administration of the Bank’s compliance program She chairs the Compliance committee and also serves on the Bank’s CRA committee A resident of New Milford, Ms Dudley is active with the Bank
Compliance Association of CT, and volunteers with the Women’s Center of Danbury
Timothy Chamberlin, Assistant Treasurer – Senior Credit Analyst
Mr Chamberlin joined the Bank’s Credit Department in 2014, and since then has distinguished himself as a credit risk expert He is a graduate of Western Ct State University, and is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Hartford A Bristol resident, Mr Chamberlin is active in the community through his work with the Special Olympics and Habitat for Humanity
Trang 2Maria Elena Daddi-Greene, Assistant Treasurer – Loan Project Manager
Ms Daddi-Greene, who joined the Bank in 2018, has over 30 years of experience in the
banking industry She is responsible for coordinating, planning and implementing new projects
in the lending area A resident of Ridgefield, she has an Associate Degree from Elizabeth Seton College, and volunteers with the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life
Nadine Paine, Assistant Treasurer – Financial Advisor
Ms Paine holds the position of Infinex Investments Financial Advisor at Newtown Investment Solutions, located at Newtown Savings Bank, which offers access to insurance and investment products through Infinex Investments, Inc Ms Paine joined the Bank in 2010 In 2012, she transferred to Newtown Investment Solutions, and obtained her Series 7, 63, 66 registrations and Life & Health license while working full time at the Bank Ms Paine, who lives in Southbury, graduated Summa Cum Laude from Western Connecticut State University, and has volunteered her time at the Trumbull Senior center
