REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration for law schools participating in the law fair at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) is at the SWAPLA website.Questions regarding the caravan registration process should
be directed to SWAPLA Caravan Coordinator, Hong Tran Escobar
Students attending the law fair will register at the entrance of the H-E-B Student Union
Ballrooms 1 and 2, prior the event
EVENT LOCATION
The University of Texas at San Antonio Law School Fair will be held on the UTSA Main (1604) Campus, Ballrooms 1 and 2, located on the first floor of the H-E-B Student Union (formerly HUC) The H-E-B Student Union (SU) is found across the Ximenes Garage
Last year, UTSA’s Law Fair attracted over 200 prospective law students from The University of Texas San Antonio and other universities in the greater Central Texas region Our Law Fair strives to provide prospective applicants both an educational experience and meaningful
opportunities for students to engage with law school admissions representatives
An Italian theme lunch will be served in the Denman room located on the second floor of the UTSA Student Union North, from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm (come and go as you please) The luncheon includes one of these two choices: 1) Mediterranean salad with a Greek vinaigrette dressing, lemon rosemary chicken or shrimp scampi with vermicelli pasta, roasted mushrooms, garlic bread sticks, and dessert; or 2) pesto flank steak served with either Greek salad with crumbled feta or seasonal garden salad with balsamic vinaigrette, penne with marinara sauce, and dessert The choice of beverage will be iced water, tea, or lemonade
Please notify law fair site supervisor, Dr Ana Alvarez, if you have special dietary needs no later than September 14 Requests made after this date may be accommodated only if time and staffing permit If you prefer, there are also other food options served at UTSA
Wireless access will be available in H-E-B UTSA Student Union Ballrooms 1 and 2 No
password is required Our volunteer team will be happy to assist if needed
TRAVEL AND DRIVING INFORMATION
The closest airports to UTSA are SAT and AUS Both airport service major carriers as well as offer multiple modes of transportation (Lyft, Super Shuttle, taxi, etc.) from airport to lodging The driving distance from San Antonio to Austin is approx.1.25 to 1.5 hours If you are coming from San Marcos, the driving distance to San Antonio is approximately 1.00 to 1.25 hours
PARKING
The University of Texas at San Antonio is located at 1 UTSA Circle, San Antonio, TX 78249
If driving, plan to arrive early to allow time for parking You may park at the Ximenes Garage, (XAG) located between the H-E-B UTSA Student Union (formerly University Center or UC) and Applied Engineering and Technology buildings

H-E-B UTSA Student Union building is across Take the outside stairs of the H-E-H-E-B UTSA Student Union and enter the double glass door Ballrooms 1 and 2 Galleria is right there An accessible route is available once you exit the Ximenes Garage, just take a right across the crosswalk and you will see the H-E-B Student Union building Continue on the sidewalk, and you will find the ramp located on the right side of the building The ramp will take you directly to Ballrooms 1 & 2 Galleria
