University of Idaho, Moscow Campus

Online Browsing and Checkout
1 Go to the following URL: www.lib.uidaho.edu Under the heading Classic Catalogs, click on Voyager This is the North Idaho Academic Libraries database and includes the materials in the North Idaho Regional Special Education Library (NIRSEL) that are housed in the IMTC
2 Choose the Quick Limit: choice of UI IMTC Library Under the Find Results in: heading choose Call Number Browse Type NIRSEL in the Find This: search box, and click Search This will produce a comprehensive list of the items in the North Idaho Regional Special Education Library Or, enter a keyword search using a term related to the particular subject you are interested in, or a title or author to locate specific materi-als Title and author searches cannot be limited to IMTC materials only
3 Items with a location of UI Coll of Ed Library (IMTC) and a call number of NIRSEL
can be requested by emailing vmheadtke@uidaho.edu All other materials are re-quested by placing a hold on the item Your UI Vandal Card, or VALNet library card are required to place holds or checkout materials
4 Click on a specific titles to view detailed information about each book
5 As you browse through the catalog and find materials that you would like to re-quest, click on the small box to the left of the entry Before leaving each page, click on Retain Selected
6 When you are finished selecting materials, choose Brief Record in the drop down labeled Select Download Format
7 Enter vmheadtke@uidaho.edu in the email space and click on the Email button You will then need to send a separate email with your name, position, school district, address, phone, and library card barcode number to the same email address
