GUIDELINES
Students must be financially cleared;
Students must obtain the approval of their Department Chairperson, and the
Department Chairperson will submit the Cross-Registration request to the Office
of the Registrar for processing Students are no longer required to obtain the
instructor’s signature from the host institution;
Students are restricted to registering only for courses published in the
Cross-Registration Schedule of Courses Supplement;
Students may only register for a maximum of six hours via Cross-Registration and are restricted to courses not offered at Spelman College;
Students must have an active and current Spelman College registration;
Students who do not receive approval to Cross-Register will not have access to the Learning Management System (LMS) of the host institution: Morehouse uses
BlackBoard and Clark Atlanta University uses Canvas;
