From Monday to Friday, I follow a structured weekday schedule, attending university courses in the morning and teaching classes in the evening On weekends, I spare time to hang out with friends and family, a recharge that breathes new life into my daily routine and keeps me energized for the week ahead.
What is your daily routine?
As I noted earlier, most of my time is devoted to studying and working In the morning I wake up before 7 a.m., fit in some exercise, and have breakfast My classes run from 8 a.m to 11 a.m., and after lunch at the university cafeteria I continue with my studies and work.

Do you ever change your routine?
Whenever I don’t have university classes, I study for IELTS at home by listening to authentic online materials and practicing speaking in front of the mirror I also read books and play chess when I’m free However, because my schedule isn’t flexible for study and work, I rarely have a chance to change this routine.

Yes, a well-structured daily routine can help you organize your activities in the most efficient way, turning impulse-driven days into a purposeful workflow When you rely on impulse, your work efficiency and daily productivity often suffer, whereas a consistent routine keeps tasks on track Those who feel disorganized can benefit most from adopting a daily routine, which provides clarity, focus, and momentum throughout the day.
What would you like to change in your day to day routine?
If I could adjust my daily routine, I would include more breaks at night and shift my teaching from late evenings to morning classes Moving to morning sessions would be better for my health, since working at night is demanding and exhausting, and a daytime schedule would boost my energy and well-being.
Are all your days the same?
Not really, because each day I learn something new from the people I meet at school and in the workplace, so my days aren’t repetitive Every day brings fresh experiences and valuable lessons that expand my outlook on life, and days only feel tedious when I don’t invest energy and effort into the activities I pursue.
What time do you get up?
On weekdays I wake up early at 6:30 am to carve out time for exercise and a healthy breakfast before classes begin at 8:00 am On weekends I let myself sleep in a bit longer, staying in bed until 8:00 am or even 9:00 am to rest after a demanding week.
