Climate survey participant anonymity - Some employees and students have questioned
whether the survey is truly anonymous The attached fact sheet was linked in the third-party
HEDS Consortium communication Be assured, the University does not have access to
individual survey data We receive aggregated data by employee type and students by year
Helping to make our investment count – Please complete the survey once opened!! In addition
to a flat fee, we pay $1 for every open survey over 1000, completed or not Also, our
completion goal is 70% Completing the survey will help us get to GOAL

Here are the three ways you can help us do a better job to improve completion rates:
1) Take the survey – join in achieving the goal of getting student participation to 10% and
employee participation to 20% by the next weekly status report
2) Complete the survey – it costs us $1 for every open survey over 1000 whether or not it’s
completed Please complete the survey if you opened it
