NGO experience At least 5 years total work experience in senior programme posts and/or in managerial

posts at NGOs or non-profit organizations that work on human rights, workers’ rights, development, environment, or other social issues (Essential)

Experience working on human rights or social justice issues in Asia & Pacific, including with grassroots civil society organizations (Highly desirable but not essential)
