This is a three-party agreement between a student, his/her community college, and University of the Pacific An
approved TAA-McGeorge School of Law application guarantees admission to the University of the Pacific when specific pre-requisites and GPA minimums have been met *Students must apply as an early decision candidate, submit required applications and all required documents, pass the interview, earn a qualifying score on the LSAT, and submit two letters of recommendation Space is limited and Pacific is only able to accept five (5) students from each institution listed

Instructions to Students Currently Enrolled at Community College who are ready to submit the
TAA-McGeorge School of Law for Approval:
1.) Students must submit this fully completed TAA-McGeorge School of Law application form June 1st
through June 30th of the year prior to their anticipated entrance as an undergraduate to Pacific
2.) Students must have completed a minimum of 45 transferable units by the spring term prior to submission of this form in June
3.) Students must submit official copies of all transcripts for all schools attended If a student attended an international institution, an evaluation is also required for each school Please access the following website for additional information: http://www.pacific.edu/About-Pacific/AdministrationOffices/Office-of-the-

4.) Students who hold a U.S or International Bachelor’s Degree are not eligible for the TAA-McGeorge
School of Law program

**After the Agreement is signed you must be sure to complete all requirements of this agreement!**
This guarantee to the McGeorge School of Law program is only valid with an Admission Transfer
Application approved for a fall term entrance and the satisfactory completion of all pre-requisite courses and requirements 1-6 as listed below:
1.) A cumulative GPA of 2.8 in transferable coursework to Pacific and good academic standing through your last term at
your community college
2.) No more than 70 transferable units to Pacific and completion of all pre-requisite courses
3.) Completion of a minimum of 60 units and a baccalaureate degree program at the University, with at least a cumulative
GPA of 3.3 in coursework taken at Pacific
4.) One year prior to your anticipated entrance to the McGeorge School of Law, you must apply by the priority deadline
of February 1 st This includes two letters of recommendation submitted through your LSAC CAS account (Up to three letters will be allowed)
5.) Successful passing of the JD interview and writing sample
6) Earn a minimum LSAT score of 153
