ABSTRACT: Leaders and all employees of
forwarding and transport enterprise always face a
lot of pressure, especially pressure from customers
and competitors In the competitive, dynamic
and constantly changing conditions of the freight
forwarding service business environment, the
pressure in work is always one of the factors that
greatly affect the performance of each business
The content of the article will study the basic
factors affecting the pressure in work of leaders and
enterprise in Hanoi, Through the survey method by
questionnaires sent to the leaders and employees
of the offices of freight forwarding companies,
the results show that, among 5 research factors,
the factor of instability in the work of leaders and
employees at the offices of forwarding and transport
enterpnse in Hanoi has the greatest impact on work pressure, followed by factors of overload, ambiguity
