The 62nd Annual Meeting of the Southeastern Association of Law Schools was held in Palm Beach, Florida, August 2-8, 2009 At this meeting, a 10-member Corporate and Securities Law Scholarship Roundtable explored current issues in these areas of the law Each faculty participant at this roundtable prepared a short paper on a work in progress or new idea in this area of the law These papers were circulated among the 10 members, with each member reviewing up to five other papers before submission to this Journal

Participants at the Meeting included faculty members from the following law schools: George Washington University, Oklahoma City University, Stetson University, St Louis University, the University of Miami, the University of Tennessee, Wake Forest University, Washington and Lee University, and Wayne State University
