Sciences (ACPHS)
H O W T O A P P L Y :
• Initially apply to UVM, enroll in this program and after three years, students will be admitted into
ACPHS as full time students for four years
H O W I T W O R K S :
• For the first three years, the “home institution” will be UVM, and the last four years the “home
institution” will be ACPHS
• Students will matriculate at ACPHS once the following have occurred:
o Recommendation for continuation in the program by their academic advisor
o Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 at the end of their fifth undergraduate semester
o Completion of writing assignment
o Completion of the PCAT with a minimum score of 20
o Completion of all necessary ACPHS admissions paperwork no later than March 1st of their
third year of undergraduate studies
• Students will receive a B.S degree from UVM once they have completed the degree requirements
at UVM and the first year of the Doctor of Pharmacy program at ACPHS
