Conclusion

Elevators are the lifeblood of all multilevel buildings, which is why Corporate Elevator Asset

Management looks at elevators as an asset of the owner, rather than just a function of the building

The major problem facing the elevators we inspected is a lack of maintenance We recommend

Wayne State University has an in-depth discussion with your service provider to address the lack

of maintenance

As mentioned Corporate Elevator looks at elevators as an asset of the owner and we are perfectly

positioned to manage the entire aspect of this asset, from new installation and modernization, to

maintenance, service and repair Through our elevator management program we are able to

conduct regularly scheduled inspections, review “repair / callback” invoices from your service

provider and be available for telephone or face to face meetings

Sincerely,

Cornell Myers
