Agreement between Two Universities for the Co-Supervision of a PhD Dissertation

Article 1

University Paris Nanterre, 200 avenue de la République, 92001 Nanterre Cedex (France), represented by its President, Mr Philippe Gervais-Lambony

AND

University name of university

represented by its President, Ms or Mr first name and last name

Hereby agree to collaborate through the following research units or departments:

 Name of the research unit at University Paris Nanterre

 Name of the research unit or department at name of second university

In order to allow Ms./Mr first name and last name of the doctoral student

To prepare a PhD dissertation on the following subject: Title of PhD dissertation

Article 2

The co-supervision of the dissertation shall be performed by:

Ms./Mr Name of the Joint Dissertation Advisor, who is authorized to supervise research (Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches), or any equivalent position in the case of a foreign university, for the University name of the second university:

Article 3

Ms./Mr first name and last name of the doctoral student shall conduct her/his research both in name of the research unit research unit at University Paris Nanterre and in the name of the research unit or department research unit or department at University name of the second university

Article 4

Ms./Mr first name and last name of the doctoral student shall administratively enroll on an annual basis at University Paris Nanterre

Both the defense and registration of the PhD dissertation shall be performed at University Paris Nanterre

Article 5

The results obtained shall be the subject of publications and communication under the name of the two research units indicated in the present Agreement

Article 6

The present Agreement is concluded for the duration of the preparation of the PhD dissertation of first name and last name of the doctoral student in accordance with the decree of 25 May 2016
