Purpose of job: To be accountable for the service delivery and outcomes of the
following Integrated Healthy Lifestyle Services:
I Smoking Cessation
II NHS Health Checks
III Adult Weight Management
IV Child Weight Management (all Tiers)
V Get Help 2 Get Active (Physical Activity)
VI Health Walks
To achieve this via the strategic development of services and direct line management of Senior Managers accountable for each service.
To work alongside the Deputy Head of OneLife Suffolk and Strategic Engagement and Integration Manager to ensure robust delivery of the Integrated Healthy Lifestyle contract across all stages of the client journey.

Integrated Healthy Lifestyle Service These services are delivered utilising the OneLife Suffolk brand locally
The services are: Adult Weight Management, Child Weight Management, Smoking Cessation, NHS Health Checks, Health Walks, Get Help 2 Get Active and training for professionals including Making Every Contact Count (MECC) training
Each of our services are under-pinned by psychologically informed behaviour change curriculums and all clients accessing service are encouraged to maintain long-term healthy behaviour changes via our active maintenance programme and support by the OneLife Suffolk Club
Key Responsibilities of the Role
Suffolk County Council commissioned MoreLife to deliver the OneLife Suffolk IHLS contract Offers unique to OneLife Suffolk which under-pin the IHLS are:
1 Psychologically informed behaviour change curriculums that form the basis of lifestyle services
2 An ongoing ‘Maintenance’ programme to encourage sustained positive
behaviour change
3 Integrated delivery of services which promote the opportunity for clients to achieve multiple healthy behaviour change outcomes facilitated by a trusted service
The Strategic Service Delivery Manager supports the above by ensuring that the following services are contract compliant in terms of delivery and outcomes:
I Smoking Cessation
II NHS Health Checks
III Adult Weight Management
IV Child Weight Management (all Tiers)
V Get Help 2 Get Active (Physical Activity)
VI Health Walks
The post holder is:
1 Accountable for all service delivery and outcomes for the listed services as detailed in the OneLife Suffolk IHLS contract
Trang 32 Required to work with Senior Managers to model, develop and provide strategic leadership to mobilise new services as they are contracted
3 Regularly review and scrutinise service outcome data across all core services and utilise the data to:
i Implement changes to service delivery to improve outcomes if appropriate
ii Task Senior Managers with focussing on areas of improvement to ensure that under-performance is actively managed, and solutions are provided to rectify delivery
iii Advise the Head of OneLife Suffolk on service status at any given time
4 Accountable for the delivery of the OLS Maintenance offer during the ‘intensive phase’ of behaviour change and for ongoing 3, 6, 9 & 12 month reviews
5 Accountable for ensuring IHLS contract services are delivering outcomes for Communities of Interest (and to work in liaison with the Strategic Engagement and Integration Manager to ensure that Community Engagement supports this accountability)
6 Accountable for evidencing Best Practice delivery across all OLS services
7 Accountable for all service delivery processes
8 Required to work alongside the Deputy Head of OneLife Suffolk to ensure that services are supported by appropriate Infrastructure
9 Required to lead on all pilot service delivery
10.Accountable for all service reporting against IHLS contract outcomes for the aforementioned services
11.Accountable for Continuing Service Improvement

evaluation
14.Will work alongside the Deputy Head of OneLife Suffolk and Strategic
Engagement and Integration Manager to ensure workstreams compliment service delivery and that infrastructure (human resource, technological,
governance and physical) can support development of the OneLife Suffolk service
15.Responsible for working collaboratively with the Strategic Leadership Team and central MoreLife Team to identify opportunities for business development
The post holder will work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager, Communities Engagement Lead and Training Lead to develop a framework for service integration across the IHLS contract
In addition to the listed accountabilities the post holder will provide strategic leadership across the Engagement function to support the following activities:
Strategic Manager Roles and Responsibilities
Works strategically – driving OneLife Suffolk service and business forward and in alignment with the wider MoreLife service
Accountable for OneLife Suffolk IHLS contract compliance
Responsible for business growth/sustainability and development across MoreLife business
Accountable for development and maintenance of Strategic Plan for own area of accountability
Works with SMT to mobilise strategic vision into service delivery
Accountable for contract negotiations – local and organisational (i.e MoreLife)
Accountable for setting KPIs and targets in conjunction with Suffolk County Council
Is actively involved in corporate decision making
