Standardized test play a helpful role in the evaluation process and we will consider the scores in our initial evaluation of your application Self-report your scores on the application form and arrange for

GMAT (Business School Only) and GRE
The Graduate School asks that all applicants submit official score reports of the general test of the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) TOEFL and IELTS
Executive MBA only: Candidates are encouraged to take the Executive Assessment The Executive
Assessment is specifically designed to evaluate the business school readiness of seasoned
professionals The assessment focuses on skills that are critical both at work and in an EMBA program: higher order reasoning, critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving Because it was designed specifically for experienced professionals, it requires modest preparation, takes only 90 minutes to complete, and includes flexible rescheduling options The test is administered by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), creators of the GMAT® exam Learn more about the Executive Assessment by visiting gmac.com/ea.
If you have an undergraduate or graduate degree from a U.S college or university that provided instruction entirely in English, then you are exempt from taking the TOEFL or IELTS If your college or university taught some classes in a language other than English, you must take the TOEFL
or IELTS This applies even if your specific program was taught in English Your citizenship and/or work experience do not exempt you from taking the test
Two letters of recommendation from persons qualified to evaluate your academic and professional
qualifications are required You should solicit recommendations from individuals who are familiar with your academic or professional achievement and who can address your potential for success in this particular academic setting Paper recommendations are not accepted
We ask recommenders to elaborate on the qualities listed below:
• Intellectual characteristics
• Knowledge of field of study
• Ability to communicate
• Diligence and self-discipline
• Personal effectiveness
• Potential for graduate study
• Quantitative aptitude & problem solving skills
We advise against using generic letters of recommendation such as those provided by campus career

The online application will prompt you to submit the names and email addresses for your two required recommenders
Email invitations will be sent to recommenders once you select 'Save' in the online application You can also update recommender information and send reminder emails to your recommenders within the online application
Step 1: Register Your Recommender
• Enter your recommender’s information Note: Use your recommender's institutional or corporate email address Submissions from anonymous email addresses (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo) may be subject to additional review
• Register all recommenders prior to submitting your application You may change your
recommender at any time after submission of your application, if needed
Step 2: Recommender Receives Email and Logs in
• Your recommender receives an automated email with instructions to login to the Online Reference System
Step 3: Recommender Completes and Submits Form/Letter
• After logging in, your recommender has the ability to submit the reference directly to us via the online system

Tips for uploading your transcript
• Make a low-resolution photocopy of your transcripts (this suppresses the background, which will help reduce the file size)
• Scan the photocopy (experiment with different settings until you find one that results in the smallest file size)
• Save the scan as a pdf file
• Open your document to make sure that your scanned document will print FULL SIZE on an
8 1/2 x 11 inch letter-size paper
