Christine LeBlanc is responsible for the development and implementation of the University-wide waste program involving solid and hazardous waste management and recycling This program establishes a standard of care that exceeds regulatory standards and incorporates risk management criteria and corporate stewardship to be applied when evaluating and contracting with off-site facilities Christine conducts the off-site facility reviews of hazardous waste, solid waste processing, recycling and disposal facilities, soils management and medical waste facilities, and hazardous waste
