Distinguished participants,
Ladies and gentlemen,
It is our great pleasure to welcome you to The 6th
International Conference on Green Technology and
Sustainable Development (GTSD2022)
Having you in-person here with us today is a great
happiness to the GTSD2022 Organizing Committee
especially when the whole last one year preparation
process for the conference has been done under the
non-stop threat of the Covid-19 pandemic Various
solutions have been prepared for all possible
contingencies to guarantee that GTSD2022 will truly
take place as planned Today, I must congratulate
the Organizing Committee that they have
successfully overcome all obstacles to have the
major number of hundreds of authors on-site and
only a minor number participating online, who could
not make it with traveling barriers
GTSD2022, as the other 05 preceding times in the
series of International Conferences on Green
Technology and Sustainable Development, aims to
provide a unique opportunity for international
scholars, researchers and practitioners who are
working in the fields of GTSD to get together and
share their latest research findings and results
We hope the participants will get the theoretical
achievements, practical knowledge and personal
contacts that will help you build up long-term,
profitable and sustainable communication among
experts in a wide range of scientific areas
Additionally, there will be 06 keynote speeches from
06 respected speakers in different fields and from
different countries, including Poland, Germany,
United States, Taiwan and Vietnam We strongly
believe that their valuable speeches will enrich our
understanding and knowledge about Green
Technology and Sustainable Development in the
context of Industrial Revolution 4.0
On behalf of the GTSD2022 Organizing Committee,
I would like to thank all of the authors of 269 accepted papers from 27 countries in 05 continentals, Asia, America, Australia, Europe and Africa, for your valuable submissions Thanks also
go to the Program and Steering Committee members and hundreds of reviewers for your hard-working and responsible contribution Your high expertise, enthusiasm, valuable time and knowledge have enabled us to prepare this conference To our keynote speakers, welcome and thank you for accepting our invitation and spending your valuable time to attend and share your experience with all of us Finally, we highly appreciate the sponsors for making this event a success through your generosity
Please keep staying safe from Covid-19 and enjoy your time in the beautiful Nha Trang City of Vietnam Best wishes!

Trang 5OPENING SPEECH OF NTU
Dear Sir/madam,
Distinguished speakers, guests and participants,
Welcome you to the GTSD2022 Conference, a new
milestone in the 2-year periodical series of the
internationally recognized conferences on Green
Technology and Sustainable Development started
from 2012 This year, Nha Trang University is
pleased to be the host venue of the conference
On behalf of Nha Trang University (NTU), I would
like to express our warmest greetings to all
delegates and welcome you all to the world-class
tourism city Nha Trang, Vietnam
Nha Trang University has grown up from the Faculty
of Fisheries, Academy of Agriculture and Forestry in
1959 In 2021, we have recently celebrated our 62nd
Anniversary of development Initially being a
university that specialized in fisheries only, NTU has
become a prestigious disciplinary and
multi-level educational institution with a strong foundation
of fisheries, aquaculture and marine economy We
embrace the vision to become a leading university
in training, research, and technology transfer in
fishery sciences and some selected areas in marine
economy in the Southeast Asia by 2030
We hope to valuable knowledge and achievements
in a wide spectrum of modern technologies will be
presented by the world famous scholars, experts,
engineers and practitioners in this occasion It is
worth to notice that GTSD2022 has 02 separated
proceedings, one of which is published by Springer
with 59 accepted papers and the other one is
published by IEEE with 210 accepted papers Being
recognized by both of these prestigious publishers
is a proof for the non-stop increasing quality of
GTSD conference series All of the accepted papers
have gone through a very strict peer-reviewing
process with the emphasis on scientific research
quality You could attend the presentations of all of
these selected papers in the 12 separated in-person
sessions and 12 separated online sessions within
the two days of GTSD2022, 29th-30th of July 2022
Dr Quach Hoai Nam
Vice Rector Nha Trang University, Vietnam
I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education and all partners for the strong cooperation and efforts to organize this important event despite the challenges arising from the current global context
Finally, Nha Trang University is ready to cooperate with you in the near future to develop and strengthen
a strong network with all universities and institutions through GTSD2022
Please let me convey my very best wishes for an effective, successful and productive conference
I wish you good health, success and happiness Thank you
Trang 6OPENING SPEECH OF LHU
Distinguished Guests, Ladies and Gentlemen,
Warm welcome you all to the sixth International
Conference on Green Technology and Sustainable
Development (GTSD2022) which is co-organized by
Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and
Education (HCMUTE, Vietnam), Nha Trang
University (NTU, Vietnam), Lac Hong University
(LHU, Vietnam), Kun Shan University (KSU,
Taiwan), and National Penghu University of Science
& Technology (NPU, Taiwan) It is our great honor
to be one of the organizers of this 10-year-old
scientific conference The 10-year time of a
conference series further emphasizes the
importance of green initiatives to make the Earth,
our beloved planet, green and sustainable In fact,
the terms “green technology” and “sustainable
development” have become the dominant research
areas, well attracting the special attention of
numerous scholars worldwide over the last few
decades Thus, among about 500 manuscripts by
authors from 27 countries submitted to GTSD2022
this year, we have finally selected 270 ones with
significant contributions in both theoretical and
practical perspectives
Moreover, this event is also our remarkable
milestone to celebrate the 25th anniversary of LHU
establishment Founded in 1997, LHU has been
recognized as the first private university in Dong Nai
province situated in the Southern key economic
zone Dong Nai has an advantage of having many
industrial zones which were formed before 1975
From early 1990s, the process of industrialization
and modernization implemented by the Communist
Party and Government of Vietnam has attracted a
huge amount of capital of foreign direct investment
(FDI), and many industrial parks have been
established in Dong Nai since then Thus, LHU was
established under the expectation of the provincial
authorities to provide high quality human resources
for the industrialization of the province in particular
and the Southern key economic zone in general
“Lac Hong” is selected for the University name to
memorize the origin of Vietnamese people who are
all Lac Hong descendants
Dr Lam Thanh Hien
Rector
Lac Hong University, Vietnam
I would like to represent the GTSD2022 Organizing Committee to express my sincere thanks to all of the authors of almost 500 submissions for their interest
in this GTSD2022 and to all of the participants who join this event on-site or online since your active participation and engagement leads to supplementary research works and positive actions
to protect our Earth in general and our human beings in particular Heartfelt thanks to our dear keynote speakers and presenters for your time and best practices to share with all participants Your contributions make this conference successful
We hope that you will have meaningful take-aways from GTSD2022
Wish you all the best!
