ear reader, thank you for choosing this book, and more importantly,thank you for choosing to take the reins to control your life Even theword “control” has connotations of resistance and the like, thus fromhere on “control” will simply be substituted with “choose” This book willoutline the principles that will allow you to live a more fulfilling life, and tosimply be able to choose the life that you want You no longer have to battlewith the world to get the wealth, the partner of your dreams or even to getthat A on your exam Simply choose it, intend to have it and it is yours I

am very excited to share with you the knowledge that has changed my lifeand have helped me manifest beautiful things into my own life…thingsbetter than I even asked for Strange, but such is life when you start to love

it and realize it is your best friend

You do not have to take anything in this book as stipulated, all the ideas

in this book are a model; in science and in every aspect of life, we tend todevelop a model that corresponds with the general idea of things There is

no absolute truth, every model contributes a separate aspect to a reality that

is inherently multifaceted Every model contributes to the grander truth,only we cannot harmonize all these models since our consciousness doesnot correspond to a high enough level to understand As you grow in yourspiritual journey, and experience life with more breadth, you will start tohave new ideas that correspond to your subjective experience of reality.More and more ideas will come, new ideas will come, you will have a shift

in paradigms You will transcend the old model and develop a new one thathelps you live better I hope this book is of use to you Good luck!

One of the key principles of life is Presence When you are in the presentmoment, you tap into the life energy that rejuvenates you All inspirationand creativity that was once lost in the turmoil of your thoughts is nowreturned to you Essentially, being in the present moment frees up energytied into “worrying” about the past and the future and lets you channel theminto more useful activities that are actually going to help you.

The power of Presence is underestimated Next time you feel your mindwandering, remember to wake up, for life is nothing more than a dream Ifyou’ve ever had lucid dreams, you’ll know that you can start controllingthem once you “wake up” in the dream itself So can you imagine what youwould be able to do if you could wake up in reality? Most people are sohypnotized by the rules and beliefs ingrained through the norms of socialconditioning that it’s difficult to wake up Only a handful of buddhist

monks have been able to tap into that kind of presence energy to wake up inreality

Aside from 20 minutes of mindful meditation every day, with each

passing hour of every day, set an alarm on your phone to remind you to getpresent Realize that you’re awake and not dreaming Look at your hands.Look at every single crease in your palm This practice alone will get youthe radiance of present energy “The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle is agood book that teaches you more about Presence

2) Balance

Life will always take the path of lowest energy, just as humans will

perform the task that requires the least amount of effort Everything in

nature strives to go from a higher potential energy to the lowest potentialenergy This is the state of balance

In everything that you do in life, if you ever find yourself asking “is thistoo much?” you will know that you’ve reached the point where more willdisturb the balance When you disturb the balance of life, life will act torestore the balance

An example of this can be understood by the laws of gravity When youstand on the flat surface of the earth, at the lowest point, the energy

potential is zero, which is where nature wants you However, when youstand on top of a ledge on the highest cliff, you develop a fear; one wrongstep and life will end This fear generates a higher energy potential, andnature acts to balance this potential by making you take a wrong step andthrowing you down the cliff, or merely making you step off the ledge andreturning you to a flat surface This idea is further illustrated in

“Transurfing Reality” by Vadim Zeland, but for the purposes of this book(and life), all you need to know is that Balance is a fundamental principle oflife towards which everything strives, whether it be emotions, habits,

actions…everything

3) Love

Most ideas of love are misconstrued There is unconditional love andconditional love Independent love and dependent love is a better way ofdescribing it

I’ll begin by describing the latter first

Conditional love is the root of all evil “I love him because…” or “If shedoes this, I will do this or love her more ” This dependency creates a

reactive frame, because your love for someone else is dependent on

conditions Once you are in a reactive frame, you are no longer in control.Conditional love directly violates the principle of Presence and Balance.The principle of Presence strives to set you free, and to bask in the

Presence energy, but once you get in a reactive frame, you are no longertapping into Presence

Conditional love ruins the balance of life through the generation of anenergy potential Once you seek conditions upon which to give someoneyour love, you are feeding off the energy of the other person’s actions,

which makes your energy source dependent on external conditions Andany time you rely on an external energy source for your energy, an energyexcess is created, which must be balance (a price is paid for relying on

external sources of energy) More on this will be described later

Unconditional love seeks no energy sources Unconditional love radiateswithin Tapping into present energy opens up the door for unconditionallove It is that warm feeling in your solar plexus that radiates outwards.Unconditional loves just because There is beauty in everything and ugly ineverything; finding the beauty will help you more than judging the ugly Of-course I’m not asking you to be so pompous as to go around spreading your

“love for all mankind”, but use this law in balance; it is for you to knowwhen any of the principles outlined in this book will help you

Once you start loving unconditionally, people feel it You are no longersucking energy out of people, but energizing them, and being in yourpresence fulfills them That’s why there are some people who have

magnetic personalities; being in their mere presence energizes us This isespecially true of the higher spiritual leaders, in the presence of whom wealmost absorb higher knowledge and greater emotions through osmosis

character and what you are capable of.

It is key, however, to not get attached to any of these periods A

realization that “This too shall pass” is the attitude that brings about success

in any field The house you’re living in, is not forever The car you’re

driving, is not forever The job you’re working, not forever The partneryou’re with, is not forever Your family, and even your physical form, notforever No THING is forever The sooner you realize that, the closer youget to your higher self Only Divinity is forever, for it is not a thing and hasexisted always

The ever changing nature of life will slowly grow on you as you age, andwith age you will realize that everything is fleeting; humans have an innatefear of change and the unknown, but with time and more experience thisfear slowly dissipates and you become more grounded

Once you start getting attached to something through placing excessimportance to it, this will generate an energy potential Life will then act toreduce this potential energy by taking the thing away from you to restorebalance It’s almost like the time when you, as a child, would watch toomuch TV or play video games and your parents would come in and stopyou because they’ve deemed you’ve had too much Again this links to theprinciple of Balance

So remember, nothing is forever Take care to not place too much

importance on anything

5) Abundance

It’s very counterintuitive, but life will reward you with things that you arealready abundant in This is because when you are abundant in something,you radiate the energy that attracts that thing The more abundant you are in

it, the more of it you attract Ever heard the saying “The rich keep gettingricher and the poor keep getting poorer”? This is why The concept of

energy will be discussed later on in the book

Even though you may not have something now does not mean you willnot have it later We were not put in this world to work 9-5 jobs and slavefor a slice of bread God/Divinity or whatever you want to call this power,did not intend for His/his/Its children to suffer Would your parents wantyou to suffer? No, society conditions us to believe that we must do certainthings to be deserving of certain rewards You shape your reality with yourbeliefs

For now, it is sufficient to “fake it till you make it”; believe and visualizealready having something, being abundant in it, feeling abundant in it, iewealth, partners, love…whatever it is you please For when you come from

a mindset of scarcity, you establish to life that you are not deserving of thethings you want, and reality simply reflects your thoughts like a mirror andmanifests this scarcity

renowned authority in consciousness research, has developed a “Map ofConsciousness” which hierarchically places the different levels of

consciousness (energy), from 0-1000, and is logarithmic (going from

201-202 is an increase by a power of 10) In this scale, 200 is the neutral point,

1000 is absolute enlightenment and below 200 is life depleting, and above it

is life sustaining For the purposes of our understanding, it is merely

sufficient to know that there exists low vibration energy and high vibrationenergy

Low Vibration Energy

This is the energy that lies below the 200 point on Hawkins’ scale.

Low Vibration Energy (LVE) aims to suck the life out of you Here aresome characteristics of LVE:

● Manifests as a rushed feeling

● Wants to get somewhere, never present

● Wants to take, not to give

● Wants to fuel conflict, not solve

● Reactive, not proactive

● Hate, not love

● Life depleting not life sustaining (contractive)

● Heavy feeling in the solar plexus area

● Competitive, not collaborative

By the principle of abundance, whatever you are abundant in, you willattract in your life, thus LVE brings more LVE and energy then materializesinto events in your life that are Low Vibration, i.e accidents and

misfortune If it is one thing that one MUST do, it is to eliminate all LVEfrom life But in order to do that, one needs to be energetically aware More

on this later But right now, it is sufficient to be able to identify LVE

through the characteristics given above, no need to try to resist it, but just beable to identify it Next time you’re amongst a group of friends, see how

you feel, or how their actions relate to the list, are they contributing toLVE?

High Vibrational Energy

High Vibrational Energy lies above the 200 point on Hawkins’ scale ofconsciousness The characteristics of this energy are as follows:

● Radiating outwards (expansive)

● Calm and collected

● Not trying to get somewhere

● Giving not taking

● Life fulfilling not life depleting

● Love, not hate

● Proactive not reactive

● Warm feeling in the solar plexus area

● Collaborative, not competitive

One key characteristic of both energies is that you have to seek HVEwhilst LVE finds you Part of finding HVE relies on being energeticallyaware, knowing where you stand in the beginning of the day, which will bediscussed later in the morning routines section

As one gets higher and higher in the scale of consciousness (level 600 orabove) one starts transcending the “human” realm of consciousness, andenters into divinity Spiritually enlightened individuals at this level haveentirely abandoned normal society and have retreated to mountains andother remote places to meditate and transcend reality even further At thislevel, one feels euphoria, and is unable to function in society, thus the

retreat becomes a necessity You do not need to live like a monk, unless youwish to.

Morning Routine to access High Vibration Energy

As mentioned before, you must seek High Vibration Energy, whereasLow Vibration Energy finds you It is key to access HVE first thing in themorning, before checking your phone, email, etc Part of seeking HVE is tolet energy flow through you; movement of energy is imperative, for wemust move out the LVE to make way for HVE Stagnant energy is to beavoided Perhaps brush your teeth, grab a drink of water and then sit down

to do these exercises to activate your body for energy flow:

1) Energy Scan: Perhaps the most important part of the routine.

Sit down, close your eyes and scan your body for any tension Arethere any knots, or stiffness? Are you anxious about any

upcoming/past event? If so, acknowledge that they are there Now,with your eyes closed, rate how you feel on a scale of 1-10, 1 beingabsolute best you could ever feel and 10 being absolute worst Aftergetting chosen on a rating, you are now ready to claim your energyback from LVE sources Clap your hands as hard as you can andmake the intent “I’m taking my energy back!” loudly This part isimportant since you wish to control your energy

2) Scalp Rub: Now, rub your hands through your scalp,

massaging your scalp gently with your fingertips, do this for 20

seconds to get blood flowing in your head

3) Temple rub: Now, rake 4 fingers of both hands across both

sides of your forehead Rake them to the sides of your temple,

massaging every part of your temple Do this for 10 reps

4) Ear Pinch: Now, pinch your ears all the way around to the

lobes and inside Pinch every single point of your ears Ears containpressure points, which activate different parts of your subconsciousand your body Do this until you’ve covered the whole surface of theears

5) Collarbone tap: Using the fingertips, gently tap your

collarbone all the way across to the sides, and up and down the

sternum Do this until all surface has been covered Again, the

collarbone also contains important pressure points

6) Alternating leg tap: Now stand up and use your right hand to

tap your (raised) left knee Alternate for the other set of limbs Do thisfor 10 reps then switch the pattern and do it again for 10 reps for atotal of 20 reps This will connect the left and right hemispheres ofyour brain to begin your day

7) Alternating breaths: After the leg tap, sit down, rest your left

foot on your right knee, place your right hand on your ankle and lefthand on top of your right hand such that the fingers go over and

extend onto the heel of your left foot Now sit up straight (relaxed)and take 7 deep breaths in through the nose and out through the

mouth Do this same procedure for the other side (right foot on leftknee) and relax Now, join both of your hands together by the

fingertips, like making a crown, and place the thumbs right over thecenter of your temple (third eye region, or wherever you think yourthird eye should be) Now repeat the 7 deep breaths You have nowcompleted joining both brain hemispheres

8) Energy Flow: Stretch out your spine with your hands extended

for 10 seconds Put your hands down and relax Now imagine 2

channels extending through your spine to your legs and into the

ground and the sky Take 3 deep breaths in and focus on these energymeridians Feel energy flowing from the sky to the ground, passingthrough your body Feel yourself drawing energy from the heavensand passing it to the Earth Now take 3 deep breaths from the ground

up to the heavens Inhale from the ground to your center point

Squeeze your kegel (PC muscle) as you inhale and store energy

drawn in from the Earth And on the exhale feel it going from thecenter point through the top of your head, through your arms, into theheavens You are now basking in HVE and letting it flow throughyou

9) Ending Energy Scan: Now, do a final energy scan as you did

earlier Do you feel any different? The tingling feeling in your heartarea? That is the HVE radiating outwards from your center Giveyourself a final rating out of 10 and you are ready to go

Note: You don’t have to do any of these exercises, or take my word when

I say that energetic awareness will change your life Simply try them for 21days Over time, these exercises will take a maximum of 20 minutes out ofyour morning

Mid-day activities

As you go about your day, be observant What kind of energy are youreceiving from your environment, from the people? Characterize themaccording to the list Try to avoid LVE to the best of your ability, for it willeasily latch on to you Of-course, it isn’t always possible to avoid

everyone/everything, exercise good judgment

Reality is like a dream The key to all spirituality, and tapping into higherlevels of consciousness, is to wake up from this dream, such that you cancontrol it It’s like with lucid dreaming, once you realize that it’s all a

dream, you begin to control it Imagine what’s possible if you can wake up

in reality Throughout the day, practice waking up Discern whether or notyou are dreaming or if this reality is true Pinch yourself, and look at yourhands Often in dreams, hands get distorted Practice getting present to themoment every moment Feel into every step you take and every sensation Ilike to do this every hour of the day

Night-time routine to cleanse energy body

Your day has passed, and it’s time for bed Surely you’ve accumulatedsome LVE in your energy body But you cannot afford a single ounce ofLVE in your life, especially the ones stored in your subconscious The

following exercise will help you let go:

LVE Processing Exercise

1) Find something irritating: This could have been something thatoccurred throughout the day, usually something tiny or even large,that led you to feel anxiety or even the “ugh” feeling Take note ofthat feeling in your gut (solar plexus)

2) Inhale: Focus in on the feeling, now inhale (for 7 seconds) thefeeling as though you’re moving it from your gut to your throat

3) Exhale: Now expel the feeling from your throat and out of yourbody, with a sharp exhale for 7 seconds Hold the breathless state for

3 seconds and feel the emptiness

4) Repeat this 5 times, until you cannot feel the anxiety/”ugh”feeling in your gut anymore

5) Now, focus on something you’re grateful for It could be assimple as the pen you’re holding Let the gratitude fill your body up

Daily Journaling

Recording your thoughts down on pen and paper has a powerful ability tokeep you present The thoughts stop ruminating in your head and residewithin the bounds of the journal For this purpose, I like to journal onceafter waking (before energy exercises) and once before bed

The morning journal consists of the first thoughts that come to your head

It does not need to be structured or “perfect”; just a short paragraph to getyou started with the day Here’s an excerpt from my journal:

“Monday 1/29/18

Weekend’s over, now back to reality… or can “reality” be a weekend?Perhaps Tossed and turned all night Don’t wanna get up Am I afraid ofthe world? I guess I am a little, but, more excited than afraid Here’s to agreat Monday!”

After the free flow writing, proceed to write 3 things that you’re gratefulfor, 3 things that would make the day great and 3 affirmations with “I am

…”

The night-time journal entry consists of: 3 amazing things that happenedduring the course of the day, 3 things that would have made the day better,and a question for the higher self

Reflecting on the events that occurred during the day gets you more

grounded to reality, and eliminates the excuses and beliefs that you use toescape having to do certain things 3 amazing things makes you more

grateful and fuels the affirmations that were made earlier on in the day tomake them more prominent in the subconscious; you start to believe thatyou ARE wealthy, because the amazing thing that happened today was yougot $1,000 out of nowhere, reinforcing the “I am wealthy” affirmation

The question for the higher self can be anything: “How can I make moremoney”, “What am I doing with this engineering degree”, “Am I on theright path?” are some of the questions I found myself asking You eitherwake up with the answer or receive signs from the world that lead you tothe answer This is also a similar manner in which goals are achieved Thebrain has an executive network and a default network; the executive

network directs a task ie sets the goal, the default network is the creativeside that actualizes the goal When asking a question, or setting a goal,forget about the means to achieve it or the answer you receive, be

indifferent to it The more emotional attachment you have, the more energypotential you generate, and the farther you get from the truth, since natureacts to balance this potential

Manifestation

1) The All Space

his is a fascinating idea discussed by Vadim Zeland in TransurfingReality, and even stated in ancient Hermetic Philosophy Essentially,there exists a space of every single possible outcome, every possiblealternate reality A reality in which you are a wealthy king and live in apalace, and a reality in which you are dirt poor, living on the streets, etc.The All space contains every single possibility, every single outcome Andthis space could be contained in your coffee cup, or in outer space, nobodyreally knows, because we are not capable of conceiving that dimension withour current sensory abilities Perhaps higher consciousness beings can Wedon’t need to necessarily have a deep knowledge of this, rather how we canuse it to our benefit

There is nothing to worry about because we are within the All There is

no past, present or future, there merely IS But presence corresponds mostclosely the concept of Is-ness, since we are currently incapable of

comprehending the higher consciousness The collection of all possibilitiesand outcomes is what is called the All, or God; it comes together in One-ness It’s hard to grasp because we are used to thinking about God as onepowerful being floating in the air with His legs crossed, or at least I did.What we fail to realize is that since we are made in the image of God, everymaterial, every particle, every thought, thing, energy, comes from God, orthe All We are merely a droplet that has descended from the greater oceanknown as the All That is why we cannot access the same powers as the All

is capable of, since we are merely a fraction of it, and also because we

THINK that we cannot This will make sense later

So the All space can be likened to a film reel that has already been

unfolded and laid on the table; to the puny human consciousness, this reel isbeing unfolded in frames, but to a higher consciousness, all outcomes exist

In order to get an idea of that, imagine your hands moving from left to right;

you are seeing it move from left to right, but to a higher consciousness, italready exists in all the positions Weird isn’t it That is One-ness.

Now you may ask, if all the possibilities already exist, is there any way

we can access the reality that we desire? And the answer is YES At thispresent moment, you are relaxed and reading this book, but there is a

parallel reality in which you are also lounging on top of your penthousesuite in Manhattan, or tasting the delicious food at the finest restaurant inRome The sector of the All space that is in existence right now corresponds

to the thoughts, self image and what you feel you are worthy of Every

thought resonates at a certain frequency, every feeling amplifies this

frequency to manifest that particular sector of the All space The frequency

of the energy that you emanate to the All space corresponds to the quality ofyour thoughts and beliefs It may sound disheartening, but you are indeedresponsible for the life you are manifesting now That doesn’t mean youcannot manifest the life of your dreams Armed with this knowledge, youare now capable of shaping your own reality and accessing your desiredsector of the All space and bring it into reality Things will get clearer asyou read on

2) The Power of Thoughts

Every sector of the All space corresponds to a certain frequency Evenyour memories that you collect throughout the course of your life do not getstored in your brain, rather it already exists in the All space and has alreadyexisted, but the frequency with which you can connect to the memory isstored in your brain Imagine this scenario: if you had to memorize 10

phone numbers, but you had a phonebook that already has these 10

numbers, in order to access these phone numbers, you merely need to knowwhere the phonebook is kept, why expend energy trying to remember allthese numbers? Your brain works in a similar way where it remembers thelocation in the All space where the memory is stored, by only rememberingthe frequency with which to connect to it

Modern science has not been able to prove the All space since it is

beyond our comprehension; we are merely trying to take apart a brain to seeits contents inside, with disregard for the source it connects to It’s just like

if you went back into ancient time with a working TV that utilizes a radiosignal for receiving channels, the scientists of that era would take apart the

TV to find the content that generates the signal, but the signal is being

received via waves through the source, which is beyond the human

consciousness to comprehend

In a similar way, the thoughts that you have emit a certain frequency outinto the world, and into the All space If the frequency of your thoughtsmatches the frequency of a sector in the All space, then that sector startsmaterializing So be very careful what you think, and what you believe in
