Lesson 1: Looking back

I OBJECTIVES:

By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:

1.Knowledge:

* Vocab: revise the vocabulary items around the energy sources whichthey have

learnt in the unit.

* Grammar: The simple present and the present continuous.

2 Competences:

- Match the adjectives in A with the nouns in B to make phrases

- Complete the sentences, usingthe phrases in 1

- Complete the sentences by using the correct form of the present continuous or presentsimple of the verbs in brackets.

- Correct mistakes about the present continuous or presentsimple.

- Design and present a poster about “ Saving energy at school”

3 Qualities:

- Have positive attitude in English language learning so that they actively

participate in all classroom activities.

- Save and protect the energy sources
