INTRODUCTION

The purpose of education at universities and colleges is to provide students with more than just theoretical knowledge from books; it is also to train them in a real -world setting in order to create a new workforce for society As a result, Thuongmai Unive rsity has created a study path that includes an internship for all students It is seen as an opportunity for students to put their knowledge to the test, enhance their talents, and learn new things in the reality

My internship process longs a month from December 27th, 2021 to January 21st,

2022 I had my own goals in mind for it and for myself, and I considered what I might do

to increase my knowledge and abilities in a professional working place This report mainly focuses on what I accomplished and learnt at Super English National Education Company Limited It also was the results of my learning process here and the experiences

or lessons I got from it In addition, I made self-evaluation and recommendation for my internship

This report is about the use of English in Super English and how the center can improve the use of English for employees in the context of increasing international integration The content of the report consists of 4 parts:

English Fluency in eight months

established This course divides into 3 periods: period 1 studied around 3 months with Vietnamese teacher to develop and improve pronunciation (taught by IPA); period 2 studied around 3 months to consolidate and summarize English grammar as well as vocabulary; period 3 is the most advanced when students have a chance to studied and practiced with native teachers The company also has signed commitment with students registering any course that shall refund the learning fees in case the student is not able to speak English fluently Hundreds of students have completed the program with an ability

Target will be determined depending on an input test, anyone who gets a score lower than 450 will choose 450 TOEIC Class while anyone who gets score higher than

450 will choose 650 TOEIC Class Students have many options to choose a course according to a group teaching around 24 lessons (each lesson lasts 2 hours) In contrast to group teaching, one-to-one teaching can often be offered One-to-one teaching is also popular online or on an individual basis One practical advantage (for both students and teachers) is that they can collaborate more, encouraging the student to take an active role

in their learning and become more self-directed

Nguyen Van Chien He takes charge of crucial missions such as: making decisions on all matters related to the company's operations, coordinating and overseeing the work activities of others so that their activities are completed efficiently and effectively

HR Department: is responsible for training rules for new employees, frequently

personnel inspection to evaluate employees, ensuring the recruitment, addressing issues related to human resources such as compensation and benefits, recruitment, firing, and keeping up to date with any laws that may affect the company and its employees

Academic Department: is responsible for organizing and implementing training

activities consisting of plans, programs, materials, teaching organization to ensure the quality of teaching

Sales & Marketing Department: takes charge of collecting and analysing

information to identify market needs and target markets In addition, this department takes responsibility for media management, event organization and building advertising campaigns with aims to create a good image of the company in the eyes of customers Moreover, it also makes business plans and introduces products to customers as well as carry out all the trading procedures

Accounting & Finance Department: Accounting & Finance Department: Make a

plan for the annual financial revenue and expenditure of the company This department is also responsible for management of the organization’s cash flow and ensuring there are enough funds available to meet the day-to-day payments

Total revenue in 2020 increased by 1.885.921.819 VND compared to 2019, which accounted for 26.54% of 2019 revenue It indicates that the company's business efficiency is steadily developing and increasing, as seen by the work efficiency

Gross profit in 2020 increased by 27.60% compared to 2019, corresponding to 2,166,278,644 It can be seen that gross profit tends to increase, proving that the product sold is more than the previous year

The general and administrative expenses tend to rise year after year as the societal quality of life rises, causing the overall cost of the company to rise as well

Net profit from operating activities also tends to increase In 2020 having increased

Generally, the company's financial performance is remarkable, but it is expected that investing in the sales system would help it achieve additional competitive advantages and commercial benefits

1.2 General introduction about Academic Department

I chose the academic department as my internship because it is the most perfect place for me to practice and learn based on my degree and aspirations after graduation The following are the responsibilities of the academic department:

- Conduct research and development for training products, curriculum and content, and systematic and professional teaching techniques for English courses Therefore, create the course content, compile reference materials, supplements, study materials, and

assessments

- Follow quality of student and teacher as well as lessons Evaluate student learning

process then find solutions and test

- Assign teaching schedules and keep track of instructors' hours Keeping track of the teaching quality of instructors and teaching helpers in the classroom

- Provide periodic student care in compliance with the student's center's requirements,

settle student concerns, and provide assistance during the learning process

- Replace obsolete and out-of-date teaching and learning techniques with more modern, sophisticated, and high-quality procedures while enhancing company's value and

profitability

During the internship, I learnt a lot of things, not just about English, but also about a variety of other talents and attributes that a successful employee need In addition, I was able to effectively fulfill the specified duties owing to the enthusiastic assistance of the

personnel and manager
