The purpose of education at universities and colleges is to provide students withmore than just theoretical knowledge from books; it is also to train them in a real -worldsetting in order to create a new workforce for society As a result, Thuongmai Unive rsityhas created a study path that includes an internship for all students It is seen as anopportunity for students to put their knowledge to the test, enhance their talents, and learnnew things in the reality

My internship process longs a month from December 27th, 2021 to January 21st,

2022 I had my own goals in mind for it and for myself, and I considered what I might do

to increase my knowledge and abilities in a professional working place This reportmainly focuses on what I accomplished and learnt at Super English National EducationCompany Limited It also was the results of my learning process here and the experiences

or lessons I got from it In addition, I made self-evaluation and recommendation for myinternship

This report is about the use of English in Super English and how the center canimprove the use of English for employees in the context of increasing internationalintegration The content of the report consists of 4 parts:

English Fluency in eight months

Using B.E.S.T English method, a teaching and learning method which has been developed in recent years, the program has been put on charge as soon as it was

Nguyen Van Chien He takes charge of crucial missions such as: making decisions on allmatters related to the company's operations, coordinating and overseeing the workactivities of others so that their activities are completed efficiently and effectively

HR Department: is responsible for training rules for new employees, frequently

personnel inspection to evaluate employees, ensuring the recruitment, addressing issuesrelated to human resources such as compensation and benefits, recruitment, firing, andkeeping up to date with any laws that may affect the company and its employees

Academic Department: is responsible for organizing and implementing training

activities consisting of plans, programs, materials, teaching organization to ensure thequality of teaching

Sales & Marketing Department: takes charge of collecting and analysing

information to identify market needs and target markets In addition, this departmenttakes responsibility for media management, event organization and building advertisingcampaigns with aims to create a good image of the company in the eyes of customers.Moreover, it also makes business plans and introduces products to customers as well ascarry out all the trading procedures

Accounting & Finance Department: Accounting & Finance Department: Make a

plan for the annual financial revenue and expenditure of the company This department isalso responsible for management of the organization’s cash flow and ensuring there areenough funds available to meet the day-to-day payments

I chose the academic department as my internship because it is the most perfect place for me to practice and learn based on my degree and aspirations after graduation

2.1 Tasks performed during the internship

Academic department's jobs include managing the training program, as well as theteaching staff on quality, modifying the curriculum and changing the method when it isreally necessary In addition, conducting interviews with students and customers obtainsfeedback and comments on students' English after attending the company's course inorder to provide an effective and increasingly effective learning path

Interns at Super English were given opportunities to build fundamental abilities,gain new skills and knowledge, and train to become great experts and reach my fullpotential throughout my internship In a month of internship, the following tasks arescheduled and distributed equally:

Time: From December 27, 2021 to January 21, 2022

Week 1:

Monday  Get to know staff of the company as well as

(27/12/2021) presenting the managers of company

 Work with the manager in setting up a schedule of

activities for the entire internship process

Tuesday  Read documents related to Super English, then review

(28/12/2021) lessons and fix them if it’s necessary

 Design slides and lessons

 Create suitable content to public on Tiktok and

fanpage
