I Training need assessment

Because training is a means to ensure that new hires have the right knowledge and skills to be able to do their new jobs efficiently and competently Especially for newly recruited nurses, they need to be trained in general and specific knowledge related to the working environment Training may be able to solve part of the problems of new employees So we need to analyze the problem and find out if training can solve it or not If training is needed, hospital also need

to define the goal of the training and how it will help the employees become more effective

To define training goals, answering the following questions:

Trang 6
