D Weakness and Threat:

trading liquid asphalt, as for asphalt they using it for making all type of product

from raw material ICT sector of construction investment have two main hydro power factory and a lots of real estate

Inbound and outbound logistics: ICT always tries to get the best raw material from foreign countries as it aim is to improve the user mind to uses the best product The asphalt after being imported from station across the coast line, the material will be stored inside their specialize tank for preservation of the quality product as well as the safety of the environment, currently ICT tank are capable of storing over 22000 tons worth of raw material When these is a contract the goods will be import into the specializes truck at the moment ICT are having 85 trucks and each of them are capable

of contain 14 to 17 tons

Service: When a customer makes a contract with ICT they can experiment the quality

of the goods, the customer order and ICT will transport the goods to the destination After using the product if the customer having any troublesome with it ICT will have people come to check for example if a road is being built by the material of ICT having

a crack for some reason, ICT will have expert coming over to analyze the problems plus ICT have their own construction team in case that there are problems to fix

Human Resources: ICT has 320 employees over the whole countries In ICT they have programs in order to develop the competence of employees, ICT provided both long term and short term for their employees to have chances to be promoted if they can reached the company criteria Each employee of ICT could earn good salary due to their abilities The company also supplies healthcare services and vacations each year

to reduce the stress of work Furthermore, with huge opportunity such as annually exchanging position, the environment of ICT is professional and diverse

Infrastructure: ICT have three main branches across Vietnam like Quang Ninh is theasphalt provider for the North, Da Nang provide in the central of Vietnam and My Tho

is the asphalt provider of the South region With many station across the country thecompany stock their good in specialize tank and transport it with specialize truck ICT

always aim for development, increase the number of tank in the future to provide both the quality and number of their product.

Technological Development: ICT also invest in their technology in order to bring their security and policy to a maximum stage as also the safety of the environment as well astheir employees and people safety when they import, export or transporting their goods

As an example ICT have tight protocol in every stage from exporting, importing and transporting their goods The process are always being watch by supervisor closely so that no accident will happen, every cargo truck have a GPS attached in their cargo also

on the transportation plus there always have staff watching the schedule and time management of the cargo As a result of these investments ICT system run smoothly This ways ICT will save time and threat when transporting their good and provide a good environment, this effect will end up rising ICT performance and image

Risk Management: ICT follow the law and norm given by the government, also ICT used evaluation of its current financial crime risk management capabilities to notice gaps and enable integration into their daily operations It committed to the Global Standards programme and now the standards of this program have been completed or superseded Further improvements are underway to reform it more effective and sustainable.
