ICT (International Investment Construction and Trading Corporation) is the private joinstock company which was established on the first of March 1999 ICT is known as thesecond biggest company that supply asphalt in Vietnam market while Petrolimex is thebiggest The main business function of ICT is trading liquid asphalt and barrel asphalt inthe whole country
In this research, I would like to explain the organization of ICT which is about the legalform, size ,vision , mission , core values , goals and also the objectives of ICT Then , Iwill choose and explain about the most important stakeholders in ICT .Lastly , thestructure of ICT and the interrelationship of functions if the organization will be given

1 Activities of ICT in respects of legal form and size
There are three kinds of legal form which are partnership, sole trader and corporationaccording to The Business Environment book (Ian W & Chris B., 2006 page 203) Besides that, ICT shows the differences between public limited company and private
Firstly, Partnership is owned by at least two people They have to share profits and lossestogether because of any individual actions could affect the business Next , in Sole trader ,there is only one person who own the firm, earn the profit and have to responsible fordebts or losses Lastly, Corporation is the company that divides every position in thecompany such as the Board of directors or Manager of departments by going public andissuing ownership shares ICT is the private limited company and not belong to thegovernment so that ICT’s legal form is Corporation Because of being the private jointstock company, the stock just can only be sold and bought inside the company for relatedshareholders and not be traded outside in the stock market The private joint stockcompany must have at least two shareholders As we can be seen from ICT’sorganizational structure , almost all its shareholders who are the board of directors andmanagers are internal

structure has both advantage and disadvantage : Advantage: The organizational structure
of the mixed model optimizes the experience and resources of employees and works well
for project-based companies This structure can improve the flow of communication andprovide the flexibility to work on multiple projects Employees working in special projectsstill have links to their functional departments and may recommend other members of theirdepartment for advice
Disadvantage: A major disadvantage for ICT's mixed organizational structure is that it
requires a more coordinated effort than other structures In addition, employees mustreport to more than one people which may makes a lot of conflict This can lead to conflictand stress for the staff, manager involved The solutions for this disadvantage of ICT isminimizing unnecessary positions in the company and also in the departments
