BUSINESS PLAN

I Description of the business:

1 Business Idea:

- Our company's products that are handmade and eco-friendly pillows

- We not only focus on the quality of the pillows to make the pillows extremely

comfortable for people but also eye-catching designs, extremely new and unique

- For children, pillows are not just a sleeping pillow, but also their childhood friends

- And from that, the thought bringing comfort and enjoyment for children and adults even while sleeping is what motivates us to step into this craft production road

2 Major Products And Services:

-To meet the needs of customers of all ages from birth to adults or even the elder,

we have launched a wide range of products to suit different customer groups

-In each type of pillow there will be different types of fabric to produce the same type of pillow but many different colors and designs to be more diverse in customer choices Ex: with seahorse pillows of 2 sizes of 60cm and 1m, 60cm type seahorses will have different fabric patterns for each month and with each design it is only about 2-3 sample

so customers do not feel bored when choosing

These are some our best-sellers:

Seahorses: unlike normal pillows that are simply cylinder, seahorse pillows with novel and meticulous shape in each seam will make customers more interested Size 60cm for babies up to 3 years old and 1m size for babies from 3 years old and above
