Giới thiệu tình huống:

Công ty ABC MANUFACTURING TRADING CO., LTD là công ty sản xuất về văn phòng phẩm lâu năm và nổi tiếng tại thị trường Việt Nam và một số quốc gia khác trên thế giới.

Công ty XYZ là công ty thương mại, cung cấp và phân phối các sản phẩm về văn phòng phẩm tại Nhật Bản.

Qua quá trình tìm hiểu về chất lượng sản phẩm của công ty ABC công ty XYZ đã có yêu cầu báo giá để tham khảo sau đó so sánh với các nhà cung cấp khác nhận thấy giá cả và chất lượng của công ty ABC phù hợp nhất và đã tiến hành ký kết hợp đồng với đơn hàng sản phẩm là Bìa POS trong, số lượng 80,000 cái Tổng giá trị hợp đồng là 5,224 USD Tình huống đàm phán giữa 2 bên qua Email được thể hiện như sau:
