Knowledge and language are essential in enabling people to participate in cultural,economic, and social activities in today's globalized world with multicultural societies.However, the entire world has never spoken a single language A common language hasbeen devised for the convenience of communication and transactions in the global market

—English is still considered the global language In today's society, teaching has alsobecome a necessary profession As a result, people's desire to learn English is growing bythe day

my report for my four-week internship with the company

A general introduction to Pantado

Pantado, or Pantado Technology Development Joint Stock Company, was founded

in 2016 by Nguyen Van Cong After approximately one year of launch and operation, aseries of offline English centers for students will be opened

However, realizing the shift in educational trends in the Fourth IndustrialRevolution, Pantado's leadership decided to halt all offline teaching and learningactivities once the last course concluded to pursue a career in ONLINE EDUCATION

Pantado reached a significant milestone in 2017 when it launched its first onlineclass, which included two main subjects: English for working people and English forchildren

Pantado English Center is a well-known educational system in our country thatteaches English to children The 1-to-1 online learning model is something unique toPantado Students are fully supported while studying with highly qualified, enthusiasticteachers

Pantado has had many successes and positive feedback from students in its morethan four years of operation PanKids – English Program for Children Aged 5 to 15,Pantado had 1,000 students as of June 2019 This figure continues to rise at a rapid pacemonth after month Pantado believes that with customer trust, enthusiasm, and teamdedication, PanKids will reach the 25,000 student mark by 2021

PANTADO has gone through many changes in the last four years, in addition torestructuring Many changes in business can be seen through pre-tax revenue with anonline teaching model

The total revenue before taxes clearly demonstrates the business results In 2018,total revenue before taxes was 10.3 billion VND, representing a 19.7 percent increaseover 2017 Similarly, revenue increased by 33.3 percent in 2019 compared to 2018.Finally, revenue increased by 82 percent in 2020 In comparison to the previous year.

The reason for such a high revenue in 2020 is that, as a result of the severe impact

of the Covid-19 epidemic, students are forced to stay at home and study online, so thedemand for English learning among students is higher than it was prior to the Covidepidemic outbreak

1.2 The internship department's information

PART 2 : INTRODUCE THE INTERNSHIP PROCESS AT THE COMPANY 2.1 Internship tasks

2.1.1 General job description.
