Trang 11INVESTMENT OF SPAIN IN VIETNAM
Several Spanish companies in the clothing/textiles sector make their production in Vietnam but do not have a direct presence in the country.
Spain's investment in Vietnam is still very small At the
end of 2016, Spain ranks number 59 among 110 countries having investment in Vietnam, with 49 projects and total investment capitals reaching 38.6 million Euros.
But this investment does not include the investment of
Repsol after its acquisition of Talisman Group (Canada)
since 2015 The presence of Repsol in the oil and gas
sector in Vietnam is accounting for some billions of Euros.
