Nowadays, in the context of globalization, global logistics have more and moreparamount importance with a mushroom increase In 2007, Vietnam became a member ofWTO that develop and consolidate the position of Vietnam in foreign trade Logistics inVietnam in particular and all over the world in general have witnessed a hugeimprovement in 2020 despite the boom of Covid-19 in many countries leading toenormous consequences in global economy Although Vietnam was one of countrieswhich well controlled the pandemic, this nation was still negatively affected by Covid-19,yet the total number of exported goods had a tendency of increasing

International transportation has two main types including sea freight and air freight Seafreight experienced a significant change because during Covid-19 pandemic, foreigntrade still needs to be continued and this type of transportation is the most cost effective.Besides, air freight suffered the most serious decrease since the number of passengers andgoods declined dramatically The International Air Transport Association (IATA)published financial potential for global airfreight industry and indicated that profits ofairlines decreased 84.3 billion USD in 2020 The significant decrease in airfreightresulted in the increase in transportation charge in 2021

- Administration Department: has responsibility for recruitment and training activities toensure the quality and skills of employees At the same time, this department has to solveproblems related to human resources, ensure the rights and responsibility of each worker

Table 2.1 illustrates the sale density of T&M Forwarding from 2018 to 2020 Overall,among 3 years, 2019 witnessed the highest sale revenue and sea freight remained theposition of top service in this company Besides, the service of air freight experienced asignificant increase with the highest revenue of 2,953 billion VND in 2019 In the sameyear, revenue of T&M Forwarding reached a peak of 8,567 billion VND

During 3 years, air freight and sea freight decreased slightly while E-commercewitnessed a dramatic growth of approximately 9% (from 12.41% to 21.3%) T&MForwarding focus on lines to America, Europe by sea Nevertheless, air freight also wasone of the main service of the company since customers prefer this service thanks to itsspeed and convenience
