-Chương trình và phương pháp bồi dưỡng phải phù hợp với nhận thức của học sinh.. -Tạo hứng thú,say mê môn học cho HS -Tham khảo cách bồi dưỡng HSG của đồng nghiệp.. -Luôn hỏi gv bồi dưỡn

1.Đối với giáo viên:

-khảo sát đội tuyển ngay từ đầu tháng 9

-lên kế hoạch bồi dưỡng ngay từ đầu tháng 9,ít nhất 1 buổi/tuần

-Chương trình và phương pháp bồi dưỡng phải phù hợp với nhận thức của học sinh

-đưa ra các bài tập trọng tâm,cơ bản và theo chuyên đề.Cuối buổi cho 1 bài tập tổng hợp,ôn lại kiến thức cũ

-Tạo hứng thú,say mê môn học cho HS

-Tham khảo cách bồi dưỡng HSG của đồng nghiệp

-Mỗi tháng lấy kết quả khảo sát 1 lần,theo dõi sự tiến bộ của HS và điều chỉnh kịp thời

-Tìm tòi tài liệu hay cho học sinh

2.Đối với HS:

-Có PP phù hợp với y.c môn học

-Có niềm đam mê với môn Tiếng Anh và thích học môn T.Anh hơn các môn họckhác

-Đi học bồi dưỡng đầy đủ,đều đặn

-Tự giác học tập và làm BT đầy đủ theo y.c của gv

-Đặt ra mục tiêu học tập ngay từ đầu năm học

-Tự điều chỉnh cách học sau mỗi lần khảo sát

-Luôn hỏi gv bồi dưỡng câu hỏi “ tại sao ?”
