II Hiệu quả

- Dưới góc độ là những người trực tiếp giảng dạy bộ môn tiếng Anh như là mộtngoại ngữ , tôi nhận thấy rằng để dạy tốt bộ môn tiếng Anh cho học sinh cần phải có sựphối hợp đan xen dạy cả 4 kỹ năng NGHE – NÓI - ĐỌC - VIẾT cho các em Kỹ năngnào cũng quan trọng và cần thiết để hỗ trợ cho các kỹ năng còn lại Tuy nhiên , có thể dễdàng nhận thấy rằng kỹ năng viết được người học đầu tư rất nhiều thời gian để luyện tập

vì nhiều lý do khác nhau và đặc biệt nhất là nó cần thiết để phục vụ cho các kỳ thi tiếngAnh dưới hình thức viết – thi học kỳ , tuyển sinh lớp 10 và tốt nghiệp THPT là một ví dụđiển hình

- Dạy kỹ năng viết là một nghệ thuật Nó đòi hỏi ở người dạy lẫn người học một sự

nỗ lực và sự luyện tập bền bỉ không phải tính bằng ngày / giờ mà tính bằng năm / tháng Dạy tốt kỹ năng viết đòi hỏi phải cung cấp cho học sinh một lượng lớn kiến thức bao gồm

hệ thống từ vựng , chức năng của từ , ngữ pháp , cấu trúc v.v… Tất cả sẽ được phối hợplồng ghép dàn trãi trong vô số các dạng bài tập từ mức độ đơn giản cho đến phức tạp đểđạt được mục đích là học sinh có thể tạo ra một bài viết trọn vẹn đầy tính học thuật ở cuốicác bậc học phổ thông

Với những lý do trên , tôi muốn chia sẽ cùng quý đồng nghiệp những kinh nghiệm vềviệc dạy kỹ năng viết cũng như một số điểm ngữ pháp quan trọng trong chương trìnhtiếng Anh THCS được sử dụng thường xuyên trong quá trình luyện tập.

Trong quá trình giảng dạy bộ môn tiếng Anh 9 , tôi nhận thấy nhu cầu học viết của các emrất cao , đồng thời tôi cũng hiểu được nếu các em sử dụng thành thạo kỹ năng này thì khảnăng sử dụng tiếng Anh của các em sẽ được cải thiện một cách đáng kể Do đó tôi đãdành nhiều thời gian nghiên cứu và tự rút ra những quy tắc riêng nhằm giúp HS học tốt bộmôn tiếng Anh hơn

I CƠ SỞ LÝ LUẬN VÀ THỰC TIỄN CỦA ĐỀ TÀI

- Mục tiêu chính của giai đoạn đào tạo 4 năm bậc Trung học cơ sở là học sinh hoàn thànhchương trình học cơ bản , được xét công nhận tốt nghiệp bậc THCS và đạt kết quả caotrong kỳ thi tuyển sinh lớp 10

- Cấu trúc đề thi vào lớp 10 cho chúng ta thấy rằng đề thi tiếng Anh của chúng ta hiện nay

đa phần được thiết kế dưới dạng thức viết - WRITTEN TEST Đôi khi chúng ta nghĩrằng dạy viết là dạy cho HS viết thành một bài văn hoàn chỉnh nhưng thực ra kỹ năng viết

có thể được ứng dụng trong nhiều dạng bài tập khác nhau: Multiple choice , Word form , Reading comprehension và cuối cùng là Writing Dưới đây là một đề thi mẫu đã được áp dụng cho kỳ thi TS vào lớp 10 năm học 2015 - 2016

Khi tiến hành hoạt động sửa bài kiểm tra của HS , tôi nhận thấy các em thường bị mất điểm ở mục WRITING Nếu GV nắm được những lỗi HS thường mắc phải thì sẽ có thể thay đổi phương pháp dạy , thay đổi dạng bài tập phù hợp , nhắc nhở thường xuyên hơn nhằm giúp các em kịp thời khắc phục những hạn chế đó

1 CHUẨN BỊ - TÍCH LŨY

Để dạy tốt các tiết luyện VIẾT của lớp 9 , tôi nghĩ , GV cần giúp HS chuẩn bị , tích lũy một loạt các ngữ liệu cần thiết Thực ra , bước chuẩn bị này là một quá trình bắt đầu từ khi học sinh mới bắt đầu làm quen với tiếng Anh hay mới bước vào cấp học Như vậy ởgiai đoạn cuối cấp này , để giúp những HS chưa vững kỹ năng viết GV cần phải giúp các em tăng cường vốn từ SGK tiếng Anh 9 và sử dụng chúng trong cấu trúc , ngữ cảnh một cách thành thạo

 Cung cấp từ vựng cho HS bằng những thủ thuật dạy từ khác nhau :

- Concise definition ( as in a dictionary)

- Detail description ( of appearance , quality )

- Examples ( hyponyms )

- Illustration ( pictures , objects )

- Demonstration ( action , body language)

Ngoài từ vựng ra , GV cũng cần phải giúp HS có thói quen học tập bằng cách tích lũy một lượng kiến thức ngữ pháp phong phú đa dạng được đúc kết từ nhiều đơn vị bài học của nhiều cấp lớp

Kiến thức ở lớp 9 là một lượng kiến thức tổng hợp mà HS đã tích lũy - củng cố và được

mở rộng Tôi có ý nói rằng , ngay từ các lớp đầu cấp , kỹ năng viết cũng phải được chú trọng , chứ không chờ đến lớp 8 hoặc 9 Như vậy làm thế nào để HS nhận biết và ghi

nhớ các cấu trúc ngữ pháp thật tốt ? Chỉ có luyện tập ! Trong quá trình luyện tập GV

thường xuyên nhắc đi nhắc lại những cấu trúc trọng tâm và những kiểu bài tập thường được áp dụng với từng cấu trúc
