1 Diễn biến.

-Năm 1973, cuộc khủng hoảng năng lượng diễn ra làm ảnh hưởng đến nền kinh tế cả thế giới, trong đó có

cả Liên Xô

- Tháng 3/1985, Goóc-ba-chốp lên nắm quyền lãnh đạo

đề ra đường lối cải tổ.

- Ngày 19/8/1991, một số người lãnh đạo Đảng và Nhà nước Xô viết đã tiến hành đảo chính, lật đổ tổng thống Goóc-ba-chốp.

✣ - Ngày 21/12/1991, Những người lãnh đạo 11

nước cộng hòa trong Liên bang Xô viết đã họp

và kí kết hiệp định về giải tán Liên bang Xô viết, thành lập cộng đồng các quốc gia độc lập

từ chức Lá cờ Liên bang Xô viết trên nóc điện Crem-bi bị hạ xuống, đánh dấu sự chấm dứt của chế độ XHCN ở Liên bang Xô viết sau 74 năm tồn tại.(từ cách mạng tháng 10 Nga năm )

2 Ngyên nhân

✣ a Nguyên nhân sâu xa dẫn đến sự

khủng hoảng và sụp đổ của mô hình chủ nghĩa xã hội Xô Viết.

✣ -Sau khi V.I.Lênin qua đời, ở Liên Xô, Chính sách kinh tế mới không được tiếp tục thực hiện mà chuyển sang kế hoạch hóa tập trung cao độ

✣ -Do chậm đổi mới cơ chế kinh tế, hệ thống quản lý, nói chung là chậm đổi mới mô hình của chủ nghĩa xã hội

Một là, trong cải tổ, Đảng Cộng sản Liên Xô

đã mắc những sai lầm nghiêm trọng về

đường lối chính trị, tư tưởng và tổ chức.

Hai là, chủ nghĩa đế quốc đã can thiệp toàn

diện, vừa tinh vi, vừa trắng trợn, thực hiện

được "diễn biến hòa bình1' trong nội bộ Liên

Xô và Các nước Đông Âu.

Nguyên nhân chủ yếu, trực tiếp dẫn đến sự sụp đổ của mô hình chủ nghĩa xã

hội Xôviết
