The "new" gas springs Standard - HEAVY DUTY have
been specially designed for the new challenges in sheet
metal processing (among others for high-strength
sheet metals).
Gas springs Standard - HEAVY DUTY are a combination
of our well-known "Standard" gas springs 2480.12./13
acc to ISO 11901/ VDI 3003/ CNOMO E.24.54.815.N and
our POWER LINE gas prings 2487.12 The gas springs
Standard - HEAVY DUTY unite the high spring forces of
the POWER LINE gas springs with the outer dimensions
and stroke lengths of the Standard gas springs.
Characteristics:
Initial spring forces of 1000 daN to 9500 daN up to
stroke lengths of 300 mm
standardized dimensions acc to ISO-VDI-CNOMO
unique safety features of FIBRO gas springs:
- Safety piston rod
- overpressure protection
- overstroke protection
the springs can be simply interconnected via the
lateral gas filling connection
high flexibility in fastening by the top retaining ring
