General Serve dishes which guest may need
to use their finger should serve finger bowl automatically
1) Prepare the bowl Pour lukewarm tea inside finger
bowl to 2/3, add a slice of lemon
Place finger bowl with an underliner

4 Why should you use an underliner?
2) Guest service Proceed to the table and say:
“Excuse me sir / madam or Mr / Mrs XXX, here is a finger bowl to clean your fingers”
