Không chỉ vậy, ngoài việc sử dụng họ cũng phải có nghĩa vụ bảo vệ, giữ gìn chúng tránh những tác động xấu.

LOCATION OF “ CÁI” STREAM

 Wastewater is a mixture of pure water with large number of

chemicals (including organic and inorganic) and heavy metals which can be produced from domestic, industrial and commercial activities,

in addition to storm water, surface water and ground water (Dixit et al., 2011).

 Wastewater is a complex mixture of inorganic and organic materials.

 Wastewaters from the organic chemicals industry and the refining industry consist of process water, cooling water, storm water, and sanitary sewage water (Speight, 2005; Speight and Arjoon, 2012).

 The streams must received wastewater from the export

 The role of the Watershed Management Board is to stabilize and develop the region through appropriate management of water resourcesn

 The river basin management board will be a major part of the institutional framework for water resource management

 The Management Board will also be a qualified professional organization with adequate capital support to implement water

 Investigating, surveying and statistics of sources causing pollution into water

 Research and elaborate environmental protection plans and plans so that the implementation of the scheme can be unified, ensuring the coherence between the programs
